I purchased a carpet in December. By July it had developed a fault. I emailed Dunelm customer services and got a very quick response. They arranged for the carpet to be collected on a certain date, which it was. As soon as it was returned they arranged for my refund which was in my account within five days. I cannot praise Dunelm’s customer services enough. They were extremely helpful
and polite and dealt with my problem speedily. Thank you Dunelm.
