“An order was placed with Dunelm almost a month ago for a small table, and Dunelm then sent an email saying they couldn’t supply it and will return our money. Why it took a month to realise they couldn’t supply it is a mystery”

“Poor service with altering 3 sets curtains as they advised that they will be ready within 2-3 weeks. I am still waiting after 3 weeks on confirmation from Dunelm as to when they will be available.”
