Both laundry bags were dirty (and were of different sizes!) and the frame was marked. I returned them, chased customer care several times, and eventually got a refund over four weeks later - but not the cost of postage. The bags and frame should never have been sent out in the first place.
Very shoddy treatment by a supposedly reputable company.
