Interacting over the phone with Big Companies these days can be very frustrating and annoying to say the least, over the last couple of days I've had reason to contact Dunnes Stores.
I was greeted with great manners, very helpful demeanour and above all sorted out my problem in a courteous manner, that persons name is NAYDEN and Dunnes Stores should be proud of his good work. He is a great Asset to the Company.
