My complaint is about the rude staff in Donaghmede in the grocery and particularly in the Drapery and Home department upstairs in the shopping centre. It is well known that the staff are rude and no one seems to care. I no longer shop in Dunnes or have a loyalty card. Its much easier to shop elsewhere.
