You treated me like a potential criminal and I endured for 8 months. But my roommate who is also a newcomer just arrived here from the same country only pays 20, that just makes me doubt your credibility. When I tried to contact your customer service, I waited for 2 days and got the reply which was copied and pasted from Q&A box. I can't let me insured by someone who I can't even trust.
