Very disappointed with Duuo’s customer service. I contacted them to make a simple change to my tenant insurance — the only update was removing a few tenants who had moved out. Even though nothing else in the household was changing and I’m staying in the same place, the system generated a higher premium.
The rep was unhelpful and dismissive, constantly blaming me rather than trying to offer a solution. I was told the only option was to cancel the policy and start a new one — which would cost even more. Their system doesn’t allow for basic edits to an existing policy, and their team has no ability to override anything.
If you're looking for flexibility or actual human support, I would not recommend Duuo. The process is rigid, impersonal, and ultimately unfair.
