I bought a Bass guitar from DV247.com but only after placing the order did I see these negative reviews. As you can imagine, I was very concerned. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. My guitar was shipped from Germany but I had no issues, no extra charges or customs fees, and my instrument actually turned up several days earlier than they said I could expect it. Communication was clear and UPS tracking allowed me to see where my package was en-route.
