Hi I've telephone your London branch I had a lovely young lady dealt with my problem but sadly I've herd nothing back its been 7 days I ordered a Boss v2 harmony singer plus u.k power supply the purchase arrived I noticed the bottom of the box was loose it opened easily the top of the box was perfectly sealed I opened the box easily its had been opened I looked inside the inside box was still there but after opening the box for the actual boss ve2 harmony it has the protection packing batteries but sadly NO Boss v2 harmony singer. I took pictures as instructed sent you the pictures but I haven't heard back .please let me know what is happening. Alexander taberner...
