Product arrived faulty. No refund or replacement offered. Only an offer for a repair on a brand new item. I also have to faff around posting to Germany when I beloved this to be a UK company.
As their website fakes to be. Customer services sounded bored out of their minds and really didn’t care. When I asked to be transferred to a manger, he was even worse.
Horrendous customer service.
