The ordering process was straightforward, and I was even able to get a little interest-free credit by using PayPal. Once I had registered an account with DV247, I was able to check the projected delivery date, which proved to be 100% accurate. Yes, goods come from Germany, but my drum amp arrived in good condition, on the correct day, and within ten days of my ordering it. I haven’t needed to contact customer services for any reason, and on the strength of this recent purchase, would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.
