Do you ever pick up your phone? Me and my bandmate have been trying for 4 days to get hold of you through phone and email and you've yet to respond. The product we received is either faulty or not to spec we have detailed this clearly in the numerous emails we have sent to you so that we can organise a return. We have tried your German and English numbers and email addresses. We have tried different departments of your UK numbers.
