the UK side is ace, everyone lovely on the phone when selling stuff but returning anything, it goes back to Germany, which is pain.
i bought a few things that i kept apart from 1 slip mat (£11) because it is appalling quality. cheap and think and colour bleed on the colours. So my shock is when they expect me to pay return postage for their poorly made products. i wouldn't buy from again after this.
Shame, for £11 slipmat, they have now lost my custom with the new mixer i was going to buy
