To be clear DV247 were great when they were a UK company. If things went wrong the service and ability to return goods was never an issue. But today the company is owned by a German operation and whilst you think you're buying from a Uk company, you're buying from a German company. Worse yet, the goods have to come from Germany. So, if something goes wrong, even when under guarantee you have to not only pay a lot of money to return the goods, you are made to jump through hoops to achieve anything like a refund. In my case, it took three months to secure a refund and I still lost out due to costs incurred. T Appalling service, shyster company - just avoid at all costs.
