Horrible experience
YOu are not purchasing from a Uk store. Goos come from Germany and whoooaa if you tryu and return something for a refund
Not a single resp[onse from their returns dept in Germany
I had no idea I was buying goods from Germany and would have to end upo trying to get a refund from the German store.
That German excellence doesnt exist. Germany is going down the pan and I suspect this company have deep troubles
