Digital village aka Dv247 aka music-de-store are a company ready to go bust. I've seen it before. Stock advertised as in stock when it's not, no one answering the phone, goods not returned or repaired. Zero customer service. I was advised by one lady not to complain as will upset the management and make them less willing to refund my purchase. Avoid this sinking ship.
