Nick has been an absolutely life saver this year. He has already been a true professional and genuine in wanting to do the best for his clients. With the increase in interest rates my husbands and I were trying to make cuts where ever we could in anticipation of our mortgage being dramatically more than we had expected. Nick called us urgently to secure a mortgage rate the same day. He predicted the mortgage rates increasing the following day and wanted us to get the lowest rate we could as soon as possible. This is what we did (and got a rate which was much lower than we were expecting. Amazing!) Sure enough the following day the interest rates increased to a rate where we would be unsure if we could keep the house in the long run.
