One of the best things about this service is that I could get hold of somebody whenever I had a question or concern. Nick or Lisa were always on the end of a phone or an email to help or reassure me. Nick explained the products and the calculations to me clearly, and over and over again when I needed! They helped me make an informed decision and I felt completely supported by them and that they were doing everything to help me get the right mortgage for me. And when I couldn't get through to a solicitor or a mortgage provider, they did it for me. I'm glad I wasn't doing it alone; the service was excellent.
