I deal with Welsh water regularly being a property manager and I have to say, they are my favourite company to deal with. I usually always use live chat and they are never obstructive and just get things sorted without any drama. They are always super friendly and efficient. Also when we have had blockage issues and numerous properties, they have always investigated quickly and communication fantastic. I cannot sing their praises enough!
