DX's delivery company USP Postal did not deliver package as stated. USP Postal did not hand off package to local USPS (United States Postal Service) as stated because no USPS tracking number generated. DX will not consider a refund until 30 days after package is not received. That is a really long time to wait on a package. DX will not accept a credit card or debit card for online payments. Option is shown, but will not process. They only allow bitcoin. Offer nice discount to use bitcoin. But you give up a lot of consumer protection when using bitcoin for purchases. Interestingly, my debit card was hacked immediately after I attempted to use it to make an online purchase from DX. I don't expect to receive a refund and will probably be out the total of my purchase.
