For 2 day running i have waited for a delivery that says they are close by, then it doesn't turn up, no card no explanation & you can't speak to anyone.
What sort of courier service would do this & why do companies use them.
The reviews on here are all bad so they have a problems that they don't seem to correct or care about the custermors.
