Shambles of a company, nobody replies to enquiries, I need to know where my item is which should of been delivered today. No communication, no item and I will be going to H Samuel to get a full refund. Do NOT agree to use this company as they are totally unreliable. They don’t deserve 1 star.

I rate Dx zero I rate Dx zero. For the past 2 days ive been waiting on delivery. Yesterday they gave a time, i waited by the front door, watched the camera and they never showed, yet i received notification that delivery wasnt possible, "addressee not available, rebook". I rebooked. Today, i received a time. I personally stood outside and waited, i even went on the main to see these delivery driver just drive pass. They didnt stop, no calls. However the message remains "couldnt deliver, addresse not available". This is the worst delivery company. These people do not respect others time, nor money

Revived text to say it would be delivered yesterday, then 30 minutes into the delivery window received a mail they couldn't find the address. Rebooked for today and gave my mobile as requested. Got a mail 30 minutes into the delivery window to tell me they could not deliver but left a calling card. Now I have a number of issues it seems. 1. My hearing seems to have failed as I was in the house and never heard the knock. 2. More concerning is the level of hearing issues of my wife as she was around 2m from the door at the time and never heard it. 3. I need to get my security cameras repaired as none of them activated when this driver came to the door. 4. I need to buy a new mobile as seems mine is faulty as I never received a call from the driver. 5. I need to contact the Police as it seems I have been burgled. Luck for me all they stole was the calling card the driver left. Contacted them via live chat. All the did was take the what 3 words for my address. Not sure what help that is given the driver came right to my door today and left a card. Then told me they rebooted for delivery tomorrow.

Awful!!! Avoid like the plague! Ordered a mattress on the 1/01/2026 They picked it up on the 2/01/2026 and since then it has been in Nottingham. Delivery was supposed to be today, kept checking and still said it would be arriving today, myself and partner had both taken the day off work and had a tip run booked - THREW AWAY OUR OLD MATTRESS earlier on & nothing arrived! I tried from 3pm to contact them numerous times, tried 2 numbers. Dx express puts you on hold for ages, asks for your order number etc then an automated bot goes through opening times then - thanks for calling, goodbye. (I was calling within opening hours) Dx freight - just has you on hold for ages then the line goes dead. Chat bot - useless ‘Live chat’ is chat bot. Have not managed to get hold of anyone, called the place I got the mattress from and took them ages to follow it up - he called me back around 6pm & told me that it was in Nottingham and would not be with me tonight. Now myself and partner have nothing to sleep on! Our sofa is small so won’t even fit on that, both have work tomorrow so don’t know what is going to happen to delivery as the mattress place said they will try their hardest to get it to us tomorrow. I’m going to have to take more time off work. I will be perusing this further, absolutely fuming!

Waiting in for a delivery this morning only to receive a "we attempted to deliver your parcel" email. No call card received which is how I know they haven't attempted delivery. Thanks for wasting my day

Delivery was scheduled for the 28th of December, was in the house waiting for the delivery during the allocated timeslot. No delivery attempted, rescanned into facility. This has happened three days in a row - unacceptable.

Booked for a collection on Monday 29th December, for Tuesday 30th December. Collection was due between 2.20pm and 4.20pm, around 3pm the driver apparently came to collect the parcel however went to the wrong address and didn't even bother to ring and ask if I was in or where the collection address was. I rang up to express my disappoint, the woman I spoke to said how sorry she was and would rebook for the next day ( Wednesday 31st). I was not in, but had colleagues in waiting for collection. I rang up at 11am, spoke to the same woman who assured me that she hadn't updated the label but someone would be collecting before 5pm. It got to 1pm, thought I would ring again and guess what THE LINE WAS CLOSED. I couldn't even contact, I checked in with colleagues again at 4.30pm and still nobody had arrived. 5pm and no collection had happened what so ever or any contact. I called up this morning, spoke to someone who looked up the tracking number and said nobody would've collected Wednesday 31st as it wasn't a collection but a delivery somehow. The woman I spoke to on Tuesday and Wednesday had lied to me!! First time using the company and also the last time using them. Please be wary of using DX , I have an unhappy customer now due to their poor communication.

Awful. 3 promised deliveries which didn’t arrive. No contact from them I had to look for myself on the website. Had to wait ages for live chat and they were unhelpful. Had to cancel my order

I have been waiting for a delivery all over the Christmas period. I have been sent two texts saying it was out for delivery on those days and instead of enjoying my few days Christmas break I have waited in on both occasions . I have phoned them again first thing today to be told by the lady that she would call me back within the hour to confirm . I had no call back so called them again to be told it had been loaded just after 8 . Lets see if it arrives today . Really poor service and looking at other reviews it seems that this is standard for this company

If I could give Zero stars, I would!! This courier service has to be the worst company I have ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. I've been purchasing 20kg bags of feed for a number of years from Wetertons, they are fantastic, I have never experienced delivery issues until the last few months. Recently however, and on numerous occasions, DX courier service say they attempted delivery and left a calling card. They haven't attempted delivery and haven't left a calling card. On 31/12/25, another delivery was booked. The same happened again. I watched the driver on the system tracker literally drive past the turn off for my house and carry on. Yet again, they stated they had attempted delivery and left a calling card. They did not, I was home!!! No attempt whatsoever was made. The incompetence is on another level. Sadly this has now forced me to seek out an alternative feed supplier who use a courier service fit for purpose who ACTUALLY deliver!! Absolutely diabolical DX, do better, oh and answer your phone!!!

Disastrous. Failed to deliver the parcel on 6 occasions. Had the audacity to suggest on attempt no 4 that they had left a Missed You calling card. They had not been to the property. Only form of customer support is a Chat box on the website.There the Chat Bot gives poor answers and dumps you out so you have to start all over again unless you guess the first 4 answer correctly. Hardly worth bothering with the agent when you finally get one. Excuses about depot being overrun. Only thing they do is rebook for yet another failed delivery. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! SHOCKING. NO FESTIVE CHEERS HERE.

Appalling non-service. Waited in for a delivery, tracked the driver online, the driver looks to be getting close, and the next thing I get an email and text saying that delivery failed because driver couldn't access the building. There's an entry phone which connects to flats' telephones and also a separate number to dial for the porter who will let delivery drivers in. Nothing was dialled. No missed calls. The driver simply didn't attempt delivery at all. Live chat adviser was as polite and helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do. All I could do was rebook delivery and hope that this time the driver feels like attempting the job.

I paid for next day delivery on an item of jewellery. Didn’t receive a text to give a delivery time so contacted H Samuel who gave me a tracking number. It was supposed to be delivered tonight and I kept looking at the tracking and the delivery van was near me. 30 minutes later it was scanned to a secure place at the Newcastle depot. This was a ruby wedding anniversary present for me from my husband who has stage 4 cancer. I am absolutely devastated - no ring and no money to buy another.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with regarding deliveries. They emailed saying they delivered my item....A lie. No proof of delivery via a photo, no telephone service (tried for hours), Online chat pushed me away and told me to contact the sender. Be warned and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

Awful company, claimed they couldn't find our address yet didn't phone to try and find it. Never had a problem with a delivery driver finding our address so can only assume this is a lie. My daughters christmas present gone. I couldn't afford to buy it until the last pay day of the month. Disgusting and no one able to help as all lines aren't in use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible! I’ve waiting for my door bell to ring this morning and I’ve been sitting by the window waiting to see the van as this parcel was very important. The lier apparently attempted delivery at 13.55 a complete lie as my doorbell didn’t ring. Be aware of this company. The bad reviews on trust pilot say it all. I ordered a bag from the handbag clinic and for some reason they use this bunch of crooks. I won’t be buying again from them that’s for sure.

One star is too much. No communication, promised to deliver on two occasions. Did not turn up . Two weeks later delivery without notification and box and items badly damaged. How are they are still in business . Will not order from companies who use this business

Utterly atrocious service. DX deliveries have had my parcel (which was shipped via 24hr service) since 3rd December, today is 22nd December. I have received updates daily since 16th Dec (exc sat/sun) to advise item is out for delivery and will be attempted that day. I have waited in several of the days and no delivery attempt has been made. I reached out to online chat, who advised (despite the aforementioned updates) that my item is not out for delivery, they cited industry wide delays, which is odd as I have received deliveries from other carriers without issue. No apology was made, I was advised it will be out for delivery at the earliest opportunity, which is simply not good enough. Extremely shoddy service all around.
