Purchased a Car Battery from Tanya batteries for next day delivery. DX have delivered to my address multiple times yet on this occasion asked for further delivery details and to contact. DX had details along with name, postcode and number of business. The driver was 50 mtrs away from the address then tracking goes off. They provided a telephone number which sends you around in circles. A chat that is useless and sends you around in circles and did not understand a single sentence you typed. Goods now refunded and my business will go to a company that doesn’t use DX.

Terrible, I live in 92a, was at home the whole day just to find out my parcel was left at 11a, like 6 minutes walk. Not even a picture of proof of delivery. So do I have to carry book shelf myself now? I can't believe this. Ridiculous

Very rude delivery man. Phoned me to go to his van and pick up my parcel, it weighs 26kg. I told him I get delivery to my door, he said to me, I am not your servant. I am not able to go and carry that kind of weight as I have health issues and I am not that young. He just kept on saying, if I want my parcel I have to go and pick it up. It was his duty to bring parcel up to my door but he wouldn’t. He went away with the parcel. He then lied that he delivered to me. He was foreign Asian accent guy. They should not be employing people like these. He has caused me stress over it. Tried to phone DX, several times, phone never gets answered.

this company is so bad, the proof of attempted delivery is from down the road at the kerb and shows the three houses in my row. No where near my actual front door. I watched the driver drive away while I stood on my door step - its amazing I wasn't in the photo. Customer service is no existent. an absolute joke of a company who I thought had gone bust the 00s, if zero stars was an option I think thats what they would have from everyone reviewing here.

Dx say they tried to deliver item but left no card or sent text - they say number was not given to them it then went out for delivery yesterday but when I checked was told driver ill and customer services took my mobile and said I would get updates - again same thing today no delivery no updates and gave phone number again what a waste of time this company is

Awful, awful company. Absolute scum. Ordered paper from a well-known stationers and it arrived in a sack. The box had broken so DX just shoved it all in a sack. All paper so crumpled that it was complete unusable. Replacement order was supposed to be delivered. Received message to say it was delivered. It wasn't. Photo proof requested - photo of front of house and box in back of their own van. So they were actually there but didn't bother even going to front door (Ring system so would have seen). Rearranged delivery and collection of unusable paper. Each day was marked as 'We were unable to deliver / collect today... please contact the company you arranged this service with'. Today, 18/08/2025 I actually caught the delivery van arrive. Took photo. Received a message at the same time saying that they were unable to collect today at the exact time of the timestamp on the photo. No one got out of the van. It was stopped outside for a few minutes. Lazy drivers. Avoid this company! One star because the option of no stars doesn't exist.

Waited in all day Friday 8/8/25got text just after 3pm saying with me soon then 5 hours later message showing delivery attempted at 8.10pm no one in and card left, total LIES I was in all the time and saw van on tracker was miles from me all the time after 6pm no card left and then checked email and it said item scanned back at depot at 7.30pm I can only presume driver missed my parcel and just took it back and lied about delivery attempt

waited for 40 minutes on phone being told all advisers are busy - please hold and we will answer your call. After 45 minutes phone went dead. Dreadful company to deal with. Found out today that they failed to even try and deliver my parcel yesterday and now tracking says they are returning it to the sender. Didn't even bother to tell me this. Disgusting company.

Useless company. Second delivery within 2 weeks not delivered on time. First one delivered to wrong house, now the one for today was supposed to to be delivered between 15.54 -17.54 by 17.35 it was back at the gatwick depot. Wish companies would stop using them

Had a text message saying delivery would be made between 8am and 6pm on 29.7.2025, have been in all day, no delivery, no messages, no texts, no phone calls, no e-mails, NOTHING.

Judging by the other reviews I was very lucky. Had Lewis and Jason deliver 5 radiators which were too heavy for me to lift. Delivered smack in the middle of the delivery window and they put them in the house where I asked. Both a credit to their company. Thanks and well done.

This company caused damage to my property, caught on cctv, over 2 months ago. Despite dozens of emails and calls my issue has still not progressed or is anywhere close to being resolved. Do not recommend this company.

My item was delivered to a wrong address and message stated delivered. Attempted to contact company no response and no help given. Useless communication no apologies given. Stay well clear of this useless company.

Card was left in porch saying delivery attempted. Someone was in all day. No option to give instructions as to safe place. Porch would have been good. Automated answer service stated that no signature was required. No answer from support teams. Absolutely useless. Don;t know why a company like Amazon would use them.
