Waited in all day, failed to show up, then the tracking details disappeared at the latest delivery estimate time. Then it showed as a "missed delivery" and said "card put through door" (lies). I contacted their useless customer services (no phone number, impossible to get through to, waited on chat for hours), who said it would be redelivered on Weds. Waited in another entire day, only to be told that it wasn't coming (again at the end of the day and only when I enquired). I told them to stuff it. Useless company, and full of ****!

Dreadful repeated lies of attempted deliveries when someone home. Live plants left to die in a random field. This is a disgrace of a company. Have been waiting long time for a delivery that’s obviously not happening. Companies - do not use them if you want business

⭐ Title: Very Poor Customer Service & Incorrect Charges We have been working with this company recently and have had a number of serious issues: • Multiple emails go unanswered for weeks • We have been charged incorrect overweight and oversize fees • Even after providing proof and evidence, no corrections are made • Credit notes and damage claims remain unresolved • Legal letters were sent to us before addressing outstanding credits We expect a more professional level of support and accurate billing. At this stage, we cannot recommend this company until these service issues are resolved.

My package was due to arrive on Saturday and I was home all day. It never showed up. I contacted DX on Monday on the live chat and waited 30 minutes to speak to someone. I was told my package would arrive on Tuesday, then on Tuesday I receive a text saying they are unable to deliver today and I would need to reschedule the package. So I contact them again on live chat, waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone. When I ask when my package will be delivered the customer service agent said she is unable to say and the courier will try another time. No idea when this package will show up. Disgraceful company. Should be shut down !!!!

Absolute dog water company. Customer service constantly lies. Was told at first the parcel was handed over to a third party for delivery. Called the said third party, they said they haven't even scanned the parcel in their network yet. Went back to CS with DX, all of a sudden the story changed "goods are still in transit to delivery depot" and "I never said they were handed over", I can literally scroll up & see the chat message there. 10/10 customer service. There goes my parcel I guess!

Courier falsified my signature on two separate orders. First order was not even delivered to correct address but I cannot claim a refund because company I ordered from think I signed for it - I have incurred a financial loss from this. Second order I was not in the country. Courier falsified my signature again. My order was worth circa £300 and was stolen. I cannot claim because of the falsified signature. I have taken further financial loss for this. The DX Delivery courier is in breach of UK law by Fraud By False Representation, Act 2006. Written to customer services (Lynn Elkington) and heard no follow-on response.

Well after reading these reviews I’m not surprised my parcel haven’t turned up a week of waiting losing money from work to wait for this parcel customer services are absolutely shocking keeps telling me it’s out for delivery I’ve emailed my actual company I ordered from and getting a refund and will order else where will never use this company again I I find out any company I ordered off uses this company I’ll b cancelling the order straight away absolutely shocking

Such a worst delivery, my parcel should deliver in 2-4 days it's been 10 days not yet delivered and I have received an email stating you parcel delivery date is rescheduled how in the world it will rescheduled without attempting the scheduled delivery and I have emailed dx they are so arrogant. Stating that we appreciate your frustration but still we can't deliver it now due to them I have lost the money and time. If I ask them anything contact the seller not us. It's been in the same place since 4 days and neither 2 days at another same place I donno when will it arrive. Customer service is bizarre delivery service 0 out of 10 when they can't deliver in 2-4 days they should mention before ordering the product that our delivery time is 20 days to 1 month. They need to shut down their services if u wanna run business in this way u better do that.

Worst of the worst courier I have ever come across with is DX Shipping. 3 days had messages to inform parcel is arriving had to cancel all plan and wait for it but no one turn up however finally on the 3rd day Jorge turn up but then he said he can’t find my parcel on his van. He promised coming in on Saturday which again was a lie and wasted 4th day consecutively.

I ordered item for a family member there try to deliver it to the wrong address three times when I have give them a correct post code and there promised me many times it’s coming 3pm then 5pm still waiting over a week this company needs to shut down because none of the colleges working there know what there are doing or saying

I tracked my delivery as was 13th on delivery list on live tracking, so me next!!! The delivery then showed van travelling down to Redruth in Cornwall and then seven more deliveries so my delivery was further and further back!! Delivery 21!! My leather chair arrives in a large cardboard box dripping wet top sides soaked through….. the bottom of the box was absolutely soaking and falling apart!! Literally. The delivery people just stood when I asked where on earth it had been for the box to be absolutely dripping, they said van leaks it looked like it must have been taken out of van stood outside soaking up the rain and as it was such a wet day poured on. This was my new leather chair!! The delivery girl just said we can take it back…. We took off the soaking cardboard and the chair had been carefully packed inside! As well as the once strong thick box it was packed in. ALSO NO ONE ASKED ME TO SIGN ANYTHING or my husband but the delivery stated on DX tracking site signed for by Patricia which I did not. Disgusting service and a truly disgusting delivery. Never ever experienced such a shabby bungling, we don’t care, incompetent delivery EVER. I also rang DX as my delivery had been put later than estimated and was concerned I was drop 13. But delivery went on to deliver 14 to 20.

Utterly hopeless; changed delivery date from Weds to Fri for three identical parcels, as needed to be signed for (so I was told). One parcel arrived unexpectedly on Weds, and waited in between 12.34 and 15.34 (text msg) on friday for nothing. Van disappeared from tracker at 15.34, despite being 1/4 mile away. Bot tells me that it will be left in porch, but WHEN??!! Utterly, utterly hopeless....The supplier from whom I bought told me that they'd been inundated with complaints from customers this week

Just erase that 1 star from your mind and count minus 100 stars. Parcel due today from Paisley depot, was scanned in after 9am then again at 3pm and the 9am scan disappeared. No parcel as yet and no update, the tracking from email still says it will be delivered today and I cannot contact anyone, tracking system on website or phone does not recognise the reference. Disgusting that I have had no contact. Only an email yesterday saying it would be delivered today between 0800-1800hrs. I feel like driving to the depot but I best not..........👊🤬👿

Got a text yesterday from DX freight saying my items would be delivered today between 08:00 and 18:00. I moved work appointments and personal plans and stayed in all day for 10 hours for them not to come. They have provided no updates on the delivery to me today. A good courier should also contact you with a more specific time window the night before or morning of delivery to save you waiting in all day. Very poor and from reading other reviews it looks like it will be a headache chasing my order down

Said delivery would be between 8am and 6pm. So you wait in for 10hours What is this the 1990's ? To add insult to injury the parcel didn't arrive When checking the tracking number it said that the parcel to had been delivered to my address and signed for by me ?? No it didn't arrive and I didn't sign for it !!! No proof of delivery forthcoming, no picture of it on my doorstep. After many attempts to speak to someone I have given up. I will open a resolution with my Credit Card company and claim my money back What a sham of an organisation DX are Avoid Avoid Avoid !!

Delivery never arrived on due date even though tracking showed driver was in my area. No message to explain non delivery and after waiting 20 minutes to speak to an advisor I was informed she had no idea why my parcel had not been delivered as system had not been updated. No offer of trying to find out any information for me. She only suggested my parcel would be sent out again????
