Fuming, was given today's date and time between 08.00-18.00. Waited all day for my delivery, called you just after 6pm and you closed at 17.30... typical. You should stay open until your delivery slot expectations are complete and update your tracker site.

Delivery due today. Waited in all day. No delivery. No communication. Having read all the reviews I have no realistic hope of receiving the item. Will contact the seller for cancellation and refund. Sellers….do not use this courier.

I would give less than one star if I could and I advise all sellers to use another option for delivering items, rather than using DX. I ordered a cot from Amazon that stated it was due to be delivered on the 21st of April, I rearranged this delivery and got confirmation from DX that it would arrive on the 22nd of April instead, as I knew no one would be in the property to receive it on the 21st. Today is the 21st and I have been out most of the day for hospital appointments. Despite the re-delivery confirmation, I received a notification to say that my item had been delivered and signed for by myself. My next door neighbour stated he saw the parcel left on the street near my back gate. When I got home the parcel was not there, and is no where to be seen, so clearly it has been stolen. I complained to DX that they did not follow the stated re-delivery instructions, despite me receiving an email acknowledging the change of delivery date, and that the driver has been fraudulent by signing in my name. I received a call from DX not long after sending my complaint and they stated that the delivery driver did nothing wrong...apparently it's perfectly okay to leave an expensive item on the street and sign for it in someone else's name? I don't think so. Thanks to him signing in my name I am going to struggle to get a refund for this item. Police have been informed so I can get a claim number to give to the seller. Ridiculous company, I will never have anything delivered by them again and I advise against using them yourself.

DO NOT TRUST THEM AND NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.Very disappointing experience with the courier service. I waited 10 days for my passport, and the delivery was repeatedly refused with misleading updates each time. In the end, I had to go to the depot myself to collect it—despite paying for home delivery. This service really needs to be reviewed and improved.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY PROMISE TO SEND ETA NOTIFICATIONS - THEY DO NOT SEND ANY. SO FAR MY ORDER IS 3 DAYS LATE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. OR REPLY TO EMAILS. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

April 17. No delivery but received a message that “unforeseen weather conditions” had prevented the delivery and to re-book. I found that extremely hard to believe so thought I’d check reviews. Bit of an eye-opener. Why would a business even consider choosing to use this company?

Absolutely terrible service and zero communication. I was given a confirmed delivery date with a time slot and spent the entire day at home waiting for my items. Throughout the day, I could see the driver moving around nearby locations, yet my delivery was never completed. At around 10:30pm, the driver returned to the depot without delivering my items. There was no phone call, no message, and no explanation to inform me that the delivery would not take place. After wasting a full day waiting, I contacted customer service the following day hoping to rearrange delivery quickly. I was told that next-day delivery was not possible and that I would have to wait another five days. This is completely unacceptable. Customers arrange their day around deliveries, and the lack of communication and flexibility shows no consideration for customers’ time or personal circumstances. Very disappointing experience, I would not recommend this company.

If I could write zero I would! Due a delivery yesterday with a delivery slot of all day! Marked as delivered with no parcel or delivery attempt in sight!! Absolutley shocking now spending another day off work chasing them!

I watched their driver pull up outside my home, check the side and rear doors of his van and when he obviously couldn't find my parcel he drove away. I then received a message saying he's tried to deliver and left a card which was BS. I tried to use their customer chat facility and was asked to give my bank card details before I could chat online to an advisor! I'm amazed at the cheek of them and no way am I giving anyone my bank details to allow them open access to funds in the account so I re-booked delivery for the next day. That day (today) has arrived, they missed their predicted time slot and I've received another text message saying unable to deliver. They're worse than a bad joke.

The delivery service is shocking. We have had notification now and tracking for 3 days. Waited in and then you send a message you cannot find the address when you have delivered to this address before on regular occasion as its for medical equipment.

Worst service ever! Claimed they tried to deliver at my home... no one came, gave my work address which is staffed 24 hours on 6th it is now the 15th and each day they claim they have tried to deliver! AI contact no human to assist, I will never order from a company that uses them and I have already deleted from our company accounts...

Appalling. Ordered an item for next day delivery at the beginning of the month, with this delivery missed and the website saying there was a delay against the tracking number. It then updated to say it was at Gatwick but a week later there has been no movement. I have emailed then twice as the automated chat funnels you to options where you cannot speak to a person, and the phone remains unanswered. No response from them, even after I have clearly explained I need the delivery as I am taking it abroad at the end of the week, and I ordered it weeks in advance so I do not understand why it is not here, nor why they cannot respond.

They are worse than hermes they fail to deliver my items they say they call never do even gave them my number to call because they can't get a map correct live chat is disgusting they copy paste and close chat they say this that and the third but they full of false we say we gonna but never do save the hassle just refund your money don't bother going with them to deliver your items

Scheduled for delivery yesterday, driver “broke down”. Was told delivery today by 2pm, got a window of 3:40pm to 5:40pm. Tracking saw the driver nearby this morning before getting further and further away until showing as back at the depot around twenty minutes into our delivery window. Tracking updated to say our parcel had been scanned back into the depot and status changed to “awaiting first delivery”. No calls, no messages, no apologies, no one at the depot to take calls. Appalling “service”

Advised delivery would be before 10.43am on Friday. 11.30am no delivery. Website has numerous options for making contact. Began with On line chatbot who passed me to an advisor who never appeared! Tried calling after 10 min wait left my number for callback. 2hrs later did this again but never received a call! 18.15pm got a text to say it will now be delivered Monday. No explanation ! Not good enough DX. I paid for delivery and now wish I had collected myself

The absolute worst!!!! Contact only thru automated services, only during office hours. Delivery driver didn't follow instructions at all!!! Will NEVER EVER buy from a vendor that uses these fools.

I waited in all day for DX express to deliver my blinds that I had ordered from blinds 247 , I paid for fast track as I've moved to a new property. There was a no show from them, absolutely a waste of time, they gave me a window of all day. Most reputable delivery companies give you a call or text, no communication from them and difficult to track items. Useless company.
