The company wants to deliver business packages outside of business hours. There's no information, no options because no one sends information via email. It's impossible to contact them because I get an error message. The driver, complaining that he had to make two trips, started lecturing me on what to do next time. No tracking cards or anything. It's a disgrace and a disgrace to the sort of idiots they employ. The only consolation is that he understood what was being said to him, but whether it actually got through is another story.

Delivery was due between 11.13 and 13.13. At 1615 ingot a call to say the van had broken down but they would be with me in 40 mins. An hour later they still hadn't arrived but tracking said they were here. I went outside to see packages being thrown between two unmarked white vans. When they saw me, they drove up to the house, Pulled out a squashed box, broken at both ends containing a set of rather expensive but now damaged laminate flooring. I won't ever be using this company or any company that uses them.

Left a parcel in the rain and said I had signed for it when I was not at home. The electrical item was soaked when we found it the next day. Do not use.

My delivery was due next day on a Friday , but never came. I received a message that evening of the delivery day stating no one was there to receive - which was not True as their was a receptionist from 8.30 -9.30 on duty and on Camera which I checked with. I could not get any answers to why they made such a claim until the Monday, as no response between times. On calling customer services they checked with the depot and the depot acknowledged my delivery was never actually on the delivery van - The depot never tried to contact me to let me know my delivery would be delayed. But the depot/driver issued an incorrect automated message very late evening, instead of an apology. I had to work on the Saturday, to go hunting else where for the items needed that day for the construction task booked that day - which could not be delayed. This wasted my time , costs my company more money than it should have and no compensation was offered by DX . The fault was that of DX alone. I had to get a new delivery date of 4 days late - post date of need, so will have to keep goods in stock - thankfully needed in a few months time , but this will not make up for my lost time and the delays on this current job - all because of the delayed information from the DX depot. I would therefore recommend you check with your suppliers that they do not use this company . Hope this helps others to be aware of the dishonesty and incompetence of this companies delivery service. The customer service staff member who dealt with my call acknowledge they have a lot of issues with their depot delivery team, but no compensation was offered, just her apology which is clearly all she is permitted to do. This really is a 0 stars rating , but that is not an option on this review system.

The delivery driver was obviously running late and couldn't be bothered to jump out of his van I have them on camera passing house one way and other way stopping 2 seconds each way. Delivery driver looked at house for 2 seconds and then went past and stopped outside house for 2 seconds and drove off. He did not get out of the van as it was raining and did not put anything my letterbox... The driver needs sacking!!! I will never use DX as their drivers are scammers!

Absolute garbage failed delivery on two occasions no actual sensible excuse given and yet both times showed as failed delivery left card when no one actually showed up. Still waiting for the items to arrive

As soon as I saw DX was the Courier I started to sweat, thought here we go again. Time slot allocated between 18:00 and 20:00. I live on a semi-residential caravan and Camping farm, so the reception closes at 17:00. I went on their messaging service at 11:00 and simply asked that the driver drops off the parcel, calls me, then drives away, as apparently their policy doesn't allow for anybody to meet the driver, which I can't see the difference about when the driver meets the customer when delivering. I was told they would pass my request to the driver. I further suggested that a more suitable time slot on another day may be appropriate, to which I was told times are computer generated. As I expected, as has been the same in the past, no call or any attempt to make delivery. The tracking showed the were in High Wycombe, close to here, near Beaconsfield, then later tracking showed the driver was back near Luton!! This company is clearly managed by Cretins and operated by imbeciles. The parcel has come from China, so if DX fail to deliver without due reason, I will be seeking advice. This company clearly does not provide a service expected by customers. Disgrace

DX Delivery falsely claimed attempted delivery on Thursday, 29 January 2026, stating that a calling card was left. No notification, no card, and I was at home. I then rearranged the delivery, added all required details, and stayed home all day on Friday, 30 January 2026 specifically for the delivery. Once again, DX claimed they attempted delivery and left a calling card. Again, this was false. This is not a one-off mistake — it is repeated false reporting. Customers are expected to lose entire days while DX logs deliveries that never happened. If couriers genuinely attend addresses, there should be photographic or GPS proof. Until then, these delivery claims are not credible. Completely unacceptable service.

Absolutely not fit for purpose. Delivery date has been cancelled three times on the day by them, resulting in 3 days of annual leave wasted. Still waiting for deliveey now 30 days after ordering item.

An absolute shambles. Said they would deliver and didn't show up 3 times. Delivered part of the parcel and then 1 month later delivered the rest. Final delivery was damaged. Delivery drivers were nice guys and so issue there, hence 1 star.

Paid £30 to have my passport delivered. Was at home all day, only to receive a text saying we couldn't access your address. Nobody rang the bell. Sat on hold for 15mim to customer service, to be told the driver got lost. His whole job is finding addresses?? When I questioned their GDPR policy as the driver had my passport. I was told it the usual stuff... Not very reassuring. I was told they would attempt delivery the following day but couldn't guarantee delivery. If ran my business the way they run theirs I wouldn't have a business! First and last time I use dx. If its the only delivery option on orders I'd rather spend my money elsewhere!

I ordered baby furniture, it took around 3/4 days to be delivered however it was delivered on all the days it wasnt ment to be, I specifically put that it needed to be on the weekend as unfortunately both me and partner work 5 days a week. Got a voice message to say to call back to reschedule a delivery, I tried for 2 days with no answer, I eventually called the main office which was able to transfer me to Bristol where someone eventually decided they would pick up the phone, after speaking to the man he said he would make sure it would be delivered on the weekend. Upon calling the company on Saturday they said it wouldn’t be delivered as the man didn’t put on a note on the system and saying it would be delivered on Monday instead. On Monday I had to call in sick to make sure it would get delivered which made me lose out on money. The parcel came however the man said he will not bring it up as “the policy says he cannot come inside the building”, being heavily pregnant and the parcels weighing over 100kg is impossible to bring upstairs. Its an absolute joke!

I had a delivery from B and Q of an integrated oven and microwave, the two delivery drivers seem to not know how to do manual handling…. Only the microwave arrived and the way they brought it off the van was ridiculous reicived my new microwave smashed to bits…, don’t know what they are doing!!!!!
