Absolutely useless. Unfortunately a company I order from quite a lot uses this joke company. Had a few deliveries and every time it’s been bad service. Either not following special instructions or saying they couldn’t make the delivery because no one was home even though I was sat waiting all day for my delivery. I would advise against using these. Good job I really like the company I order from or I would be looking elsewhere

Horribly unreliable company. Not sure why John Lewis are using them. My delivery has been with them for more than a week and they do not deliver nor do they contact me, nor can I cancel my order as the delivery has left John Lewis. Really bad company.

So they weren’t delivering to us, it was to the farm up the lane.. but while turning the corner past my property, the truck scraped along my stone wall, scraped again while he reversed it. He quickly drove off even though I was on my way towards him. He sped down the lane but he came back to deliver to the farm, clearly lost. He saw me twice but didn’t stop once. We contacted the customer service as he’d damaged my stone wall but they weren’t interested, they said without the registration (which I couldn’t see properly but did get a partial plate) they couldn’t proceed with the complaint. I did see the van 4 days later and jotted down the rest of the plate.. but they have a 72 hour policy so we couldn’t complain. They knew the time the incident happened, the address the truck was delivering to and ring doorbell footage of the truck passing. Unfortunately they aren’t worried about their reputation. I’ve tried 3x to upload photos but it won’t allow me to!

Zero stars trying to defraud me the customer now I Declared Parcel Dimension: 110cm x 75cm x 10cm and they have now Billed: 116cm x 80cm x 80cm. See attached parcel was flat packed in original packaging

Waited in for parcel delivery called them at 5 to see if it’s going to be delivered to be told it’s been sent back because of damage at 10am this morning Nobody let us know they have email and telephone number so there’s no excuses 9 hours wasted

Received email and text saying would be delivered Friday. Have no tracking number for a £170 item. No estimated time of delivery. Waited in all day Friday. Only to be told the item will be delivered on Monday. Still no tracking number or delivery time slot. So Monday I must wait in home from 8am until 6pm

well they delivered my car battery from tayna uk ltd next day asdescribed but not promised with care as it was a very heavy item and bulky; could’nt be happiervery professional and mindful as we have smalk dogs so ensured they shut our gate to the road on the way out

Still waiting for my parcel after 5 attempts to deliver it. Each time I have been sat 4 foot away from the open door waiting , so I know they have never been to my house. They said they would make an exception and deliver Sat morning. Sat by the door , no delivery , just the usual message to say they had tried. I even asked them to ask the driver to phone me when he was close , no phone call. How come other companies can deliver? Spent over an hour listening to irritating music and finally gave up. I will now not buy from retailers that use DX.

you failed to delivery our new BBQ THREE times....apparently its now LOST and they claim the labels had fallen off....even worse - they have an automated SMS system that sends out new delivery dates (48 hours later) if though they are wrong ....manager called and agreed they need to fix that too. its all beyond belief AVOID DXdeliveries

If I could give zero stars I would. Apparently this is a doorstep delivery yet, because their driver couldn’t be bothered, just dumped my parcel at the bottom of the stairs and lied by reporting it as signed for. They didn’t even have the courtesy to knock on the door (I was in). Left me to carry a solid wood table upstairs on my own, when I have mobility issues. Contacted the alleged customer service department who basically said tough. Avoid at all costs.

Very rude and intimidating delivery driver Very rude and intimidating delivery driver who came to Camberley to drop off a parcel. After manic door bell ringing, my partner looked out of the window to see who it was. To be rudely greeted by a scruffy middle-aged man who swore loudly and stormed off. The idiot was too stupid did not think that he left the “Damaged” parcel outside the front door, with the tracking details etc. We didn’t have time to call the police regarding this behavior and intimidating attitude, though I will be opening a case to with ebay and other platforms to ensure this company is blacklisted, to protect other people from the extremely unprofessional conduct.

The worst courier company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. This company is dishonest, unreliable, stating lies, and then changing statements, they have failed to deliver my parcels multiple times in one week and then say it's the senders responsibility to sort out! DX are complete garbage, why any company uses them is beyond me. I've only rated them as 1 star as I don't have the option to put in zero.

Absolutely appalling service from DX yet again. My delivery was not brought to my house at all, instead, it was dumped outside a completely different property on another street in a nearby cul-de-sac. I only found out when the homeowner knocked on my door to tell me that heavy, bulky items had been left outside their house. I had no delivery confirmation, no notification, nothing. To make matters worse, I had to physically carry all of the large and heavy items myself from their house to mine on foot. The property they left it at even had the street name and house number clearly displayed right by the door, so there’s no excuse for this. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with DX, but it will certainly be the last time I want them handling any delivery of mine. They are, without question, the worst delivery company I’ve ever had to deal with. If you’re a retailer considering using DX, please think twice – they will only tarnish your customer service.

can you give zero stars? Hands down the worst courier company out there. Zero communication from them. Sofa was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, tracking said it was out for delivery. Didn't arrive. Same thing next day. No answer on the phone number given, online chat is useless. Customer service is an absolute joke. I will activeley avoid ordering anything online if i know DX are going to deliver it, absolutely useless.

I will actively now not purchase from any company that uses DX Delivery after two terrible experiences. Here are what is wrong with the company 1. Their tracking app is beyond basic where other companies are offering live tracking DX only tell you when it is out for delivery and expect you to be in between 7am and 6pm which would be OK if they actually attempted delivery 2. I work from home so I don't miss deliveries. 3 separate parcels using DX and all 3 listed across 3 days as NOT HOME. They didn't even attempt a delivery. After 3 "attempts" they return it to the supplier. I telephoned on day three and asked could they tell me where the driver was (they couldn't) I asked them to give the driver my number (they said they would) I left a note on my front door with contact info. This is how I know they never even tried to deliver. 3. I received an order so badly damaged it was unusable and on further inspection it was half my order and half someone else's clearly during the damage the packaging had come off and instead of owning up to it they just put a new label on anything that looked similar. I have picture but trust me DX Deliver could not care less. I don't understand why large companies like Toolstation are using them. The complaints must be endless. Avoid at all costs and let hope they go bust soon so that people can move to more reliable, easier to deal with companies that have invested in technology, customer care and an actual desire to what to do a good job.

The worst courier company. This company is dishonest, unreliable, lies, and changes statements, they have failed to deliver parcels many times! To all companies, please reconsider your choice, there are many better and more reliable companies out there. DX Delivery is a disaster.
