Atrocious, absolutely atrocious

I ordered baby furniture, it took around 3/4 days to be delivered however it was delivered on all the days it wasnt ment to be, I specifically put that it needed to be on the weekend as unfortunately both me and partner work 5 days a week. Got a voice message to say to call back to reschedule a delivery, I tried for 2 days with no answer, I eventually called the main office which was able to transfer me to Bristol where someone eventually decided they would pick up the phone, after speaking to the man he said he would make sure it would be delivered on the weekend. Upon calling the company on Saturday they said it wouldn’t be delivered as the man didn’t put on a note on the system and saying it would be delivered on Monday instead. On Monday I had to call in sick to make sure it would get delivered which made me lose out on money. The parcel came however the man said he will not bring it up as “the policy says he cannot come inside the building”, being heavily pregnant and the parcels weighing over 100kg is impossible to bring upstairs. Its an absolute joke!

I had a delivery from B and Q of an integrated oven and microwave, the two delivery drivers seem to not know how to do manual handling…. Only the microwave arrived and the way they brought it off the van was ridiculous reicived my new microwave smashed to bits…, don’t know what they are doing!!!!!

WOW, I don't know where to start. This company has earned it's title as the WORST delivery service in the world! They recieved two parcels from a seller on the 6th January, which was for an item of furniture. On the 12th January they finally got around to delivering parcel one of two. They somehow managed to lose parcel two of two, despite it being of significant size! The seller then used a more competent company to successfully deliver parcel two of two. On the 17th January, almost two weeks later they managed to find the second parcel. When they woke us up at 8am on Saturday morning I patiently explained that we had been asked to refuse delivery by the sender and asked that it be returned. This did not deter DX. Today, while we were out, they again attempted delivery, despite being clearly told we were refusing delivery! They then trespassed through my gate and dumped the parcel in my back garden. They are now refusing to return and collect the parcel and are telling me that it's my responsibility to contact the sender and get them to arrange collection. Do yourself a favour and never give this awful company a penny of your hard-earned cash!

Awful experience. Lied about attempted delivery. Online tracker is a waste of time. Calling customer service is pointless as they never answered. One star is too many

DX suppose to be delivering a fireplace, original purchase post said “3 day delivery “, ordered December, chasing store, then the supplier then delivery, 3 separate days stated for delivery , no show again today. Am cancelling order tomorrow, stressful, inconvenient and the only information I ve received is from chasing it around myself, and still that’s got me nowhere.. 3 day delivery is now day 19 😞

Can you please advise on the following You have lied twice, stating both times you tried to deliver it (15-01-26 and 16-01-26), first time no one arrived and no slip left despite saying you did, second time only made it as a far the nearest village on your tracking system. Both times they never visited, I was in all day, I also have a door camera and they never came. Your chat support was unhelpfull, they would not accept responsibilty and would not send it out the next day (Sat) because the sender didnt pay for that!!! you then refused to give me a complaints process to retifiy as well. This has delayed me sending out orders for my business.

Waited all day for a parcel, which they failed to deliver. No updates on when to now expect it and unable to talk to a human to clarify. Phone system just sends you in circles before disconnecting and the AI chat bot is useless

Parcel should have been delivered on the 14 January and was with the courier. Rearranged by someone, as if I'd rearranged the delivery date. Waited in all day yet again but no parcel. I'm really angry Couldn't even speak to anyone regarding this.

DX is a terrible shipping company. Can’t seem to get a hold of anyone that works there. Our bed was meant to arrive on Tuesday and now it’s not coming till the following week. No apologies, no communication or anything. Useless company! Don’t use

I will never shop online if sending via DX express. On 4 messages saying to deliver no show. On 1 message I was tracking van near my address then a message to say unable to deliver as not in so not true. This company needs to improve I have suggested to the company I ordered not to use DX express . I now had a refund not good for business.

Worst company ever lie all the time. I was told we where close, even though we been open since 8am till 6pm. They said they left a card no card found. I have CCTV footage they didn't turn up. This is not the first time I've had an issue with them. Ive told my suppliers many times not to use them

DX in Manchester lost my passport because they outsourced the delivery of it due to being busy. They are negligent and very irresponsible. You should NEVER outsource a passport delivery. My holiday was ruined , money lost and they don’t care. The response was ‘ I’m sure this is very frustrating for you ‘ No , you pretty much ruined my life. I didn’t eat or sleep for over 3 weeks. So they are the worst and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

For the second time in a space of about 10 days I received a message saying that they "missed me" and left a calling card. For the second time this was a lie as I was in the house all the time and there was no calling card left. Awful service. DO NOT USE IT. If I learn that the company I am buying from (in this case B&Q) uses this delivery company I will just buy from some else so I avoid all this hassle.

They lied day after day saying it was out for delivery when it wasn't. 24hour delivery..7 days in I cancelled via the retailer and they even took 4 days to return it to them. Email queries to DX were not replied to. Trust pilot have them 4 stars and they are one on here looks a bit fishy?

Really bad service. My passport did not arrived yet. I would suggest all people who has bad experiance needs to go legal action. I am going to register my complaimt soon
