Driver arrived, entered my property, left gate wide open, let my dog out. He ran off... took me 2 hrs to find him ... ( dog is 16 and deaf) he had a seizure due to exertion ... got him home to find delivery of 28 packs of heavy duty flooring dumped on pallet behind my car. No sign of driver ... no del note. I was due to work that day, couldn’t get car out of drive. Took me over 2 hrs to unpack flooring on drive and stagger 28 heavy packs into my house. Lost a days pay and had a very sick dog. (He is ok now) NOT impressed and very angry with attitude and lack of customer care.

Gave me 3 delivery slots since Friday then at last minute cancel done this 3 times.Told package has been in local depot since last week and don't know when they can deliver.Telling me one story and seller another won't trust this company to deliver anything if can't do work font take the jobs.

I having an incredibly frustrating experience with DX Delivery that is compelling me to share my disappointment. Despite paying extra for one-day delivery and making arrangements to be available at the office, my delivery was repeatedly missed for 2 days, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. The issue escalated when one of their drivers, consistently refused to deliver my package, despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation. Despite assurances from the depot that a redelivery would be arranged, this commitment was not honoured. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on DX Delivery as a courier service provider and has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I urge others to reconsider using DX Delivery for their courier needs, as my experience highlights their unreliability and lack of accountability. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize profit over customer service, and I hope DX Delivery takes immediate action to address these issues and improve its service quality. My experience with DX Delivery is nothing short of disappointing, and I would caution others against relying on them for timely and professional delivery services.

For 2 days I've been promised my delivery from dx and they keep returning it to their depot. I'm so upset as i need this by Friday. You can't get through to them and their tracking system goes to pot when the deadline for delivery is missed. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Awaiting a delivery since 30/04. Obviously home all day to get a message “Driver attempted delivery but couldn’t gain access to property”. Which is rubbish because the door bell wasn’t rang and no calling card was left either. So at the inconvenience of DX I’m now awaiting another delivery that probably once again won’t arrive, after clear instruction left with an advisor and delivery instruction. Appalling service.

No delivery despite tracking says it has been at Exeter depot (our local) for a week. Had txt to say delivery but no show. Cannot talk to any rep as their phone system puts on hold then cut off. Tried their ring back service a dozen times over 3 days, no call back received. They are holding two fingers up to us and I have vowed never to order from a company that uses them for delivery.

driver stolen my goods, and took a picture of "top" of my door to pretended he was there, as proof! no picture of the parcel at my door, just top of the door..dusgusting ! as it was garden toy for my boy he was do exited about it aswell! so i believe these people steeling it everyso often and selling it to make some wuick cash! disgusting! never buzz the door, never knock..is lockdown everyones home,

This company is an absolute nightmare. Got message that address could not be found. Its really hard not to find 40acres Farm situated on the main road. Numerous messages sent with standard response. Next time I will be checking before ordering goods to make sure that I will not be dealing with this imitation of courier ever again. I have AVOID LIKE CORONAVIRUS!!! 0 STARS OR EVEN LESS.

Claimed they had attempted delivery but could not gain access to my property - what a load of rubbish! CCTV confirms DX are telling lies. Email complaint got a standard response. When parcel did eventually arrive it was left on the doorstep - this is fine bearing in mind the Covid issues but DX then contacted me to say the parcel had been delivered and signed for by me!!!!!! Item was also damaged as it appears something heavy had been put on top. Simple mathematics: DX = lies Use them at your own risk.

Waited in for delivery given two hour time slot, tracked courier updating every two minutes when I knew they were a few minutes away, no attempt to make delivery despite driving claiming to have tried to make delivery and leave a drop card, both not true.....the company can't possibly compete with the proper couriers like DHL. Very poor show

DX gave me an all day delivery so I waited and waited, the tracking doesn't shed any light and only asking if I wish to change my delivery date!!! This is the next day and still no medication, is it so hard to keep me updated 😡😡😡😡

My parcel was left in the wrong street with a poor wheelchair bound lady. I had to go knocking on all number 1 doors on different streets to locate my parcel. I did eventually manage to beat the chatbot and speak to a proper person who was of no help at all. She said the parcel had been delivered and when I told her it hadn't she said I will have to take it up with the sender and they will look into it. I hate laziness and the driver was lazy and slightly dim to deliver a parcel to the wrong number and wrong street. The company is also lazy and can't be bothered to engage with unhappy customers who don't get the right service and tell you that you have to take it up with the company you purchased the product from.

Goods where supposed to be delivered today, received a text giving expected time. Was tracking, then tracking dissappeared. Have not received any information, will be calling tomorrow. Very poor service
