they said they atempted to collect parcel they did not was in all day . Avoid this company and use one of the mainstream ones

Firstly even having to give these 1 star to leave a review angers me... Why companies are still using these or how they are in business when they cant even manage to deliver people's parcel has me in disbelief! Second time a company i have ordered through has used these jokers. First time and week chasing parcel after no delivery. had to cancel and get money back. This time, was tracking delivery and they were a mile away from my address when it changed to a notification saying 'sorry we missed you' please arrange redelivery! So here we go again!! Order being cancelled. So from now on anyone using dx delivery wont be getting my custom. Abysmal service.

Absolutely awful been waiting over a week for a bed too arrive for my son i have messaged everyday and they said it will be with you tomorrow.well still not here so called seller and asked for refund and will order from somewhere that doesn't use this delivery service.it should of been next day delivery aswell.

Two failed collections. 1st driver arrived over an hour early. 2nd - never appeared after giving me a 12 hour slot. I will avoid like the plague absolutely hopeless!!! Would give ‘0’ if I could.

Rubbish supposed to deliver between 16:22 and 18.22 pm tracking no 7077476955. Sent a message at 16:40pm to say they were not delivering. Will also complain to my supplier for using this company. Unteliable!!

How does a courier come to your door and not alert someone they are there and more impressively 2 reactive dogs? The only explanation is creeping up to the door, leaving a card, photographing it and tip toeing away ! Oh and telephone customer service won’t change delivery address (when delivering the next day) citing security when all they have to do is log in and ask you the same questions as they do online . I also love how they say oh we can redeliver tomorrow … do they think we have nothing better to do than sit around waiting for them ?!

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got the delivery arranged through parcel2go Left the parcels at the porch for a courier to pick them up. Items Packed, Labeled. I GOT A VIDEO of courier looking at the parcels, touching them, reading the lables and then he just turns around and leaves. WHAT THE HELL?! I got scammed by this company! NEVER EVER try to work with them. Tracking number: P2G143189768

Very poor communication between online chat and depots. Poor estimated delivery times. Unable to leave delivery in a safe place despite seller agreeing. By the standards of other delivery companies they are awful

Lost my parcel, no information, no updates, parcel eventually delivered without notice 4 days late, parcel left on doorstep with no attempt to advise me, driver speeds off. Hopeless.

Didnt deliver still waiting no one intrtested in helping just auto messages basically saying will be deliveted tomorrow then another emsil saying sorry cant deliver today will be tomorrow, i would not order again from any compamy using this delivery service. Still no item 2 weeks after ordering not good enough by anyones standards!

DO NOT USE!!! Really bad company. Wasted 5 days now waiting not working for scheduled delivery only to find every day having to rebook cause I apparently wasn't in or my property was unaccessble which is just all out lies. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Awful customer service as well with the so say live chat being a typical robot that wont even let u ask a question let alone work properly. Seriously this company in my experiences truly is WORST COURIER EVER!!! My live plants no doubt will all be dead by now. You don't even deserve 1 star. Very very very disappinted.

You failed to deliver on the promised day twice. On the third day our delivery was just left outside the property and fortunately it was discovered before being damaged by rain.

Literally the worst delivery company in the UK. They say DELIVERED EXACTLY but they don't manage to deliver the items in the condition they are collected. Mangled, damaged, torn, broken, often lost for long periods of time! No proper insurance from DX either. Bottom of the rung poor quality service!

The absolute pits. Will constantly gaslight you by saying they called but you weren’t there, when you’re sat in the house ALL DAY and nobody turns up. In the end, to recover my passport myself by driving to the depot and refusing more failed deliveries, but even that was like getting blood out of a stone. Abysmal. Every one star review here fully deserved. I wish I could award negative stars.

Waited for two suitcases to be delivered. Got message to say they tried but I was not at home. I had been at home for days as unwell. I tried live chat - like talking to a robot, I tried to contact leaving my number for call back - no call back. Now have to wait a further three days as it is weekend. Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. Hope I never have to deal with this company again.

The company wants to deliver business packages outside of business hours. There's no information, no options because no one sends information via email. It's impossible to contact them because I get an error message. The driver, complaining that he had to make two trips, started lecturing me on what to do next time. No tracking cards or anything. It's a disgrace and a disgrace to the sort of idiots they employ. The only consolation is that he understood what was being said to him, but whether it actually got through is another story.
