Very happy with your driver who delivered my order from amazon we was out arranging me I said we are 5 minutes away he waited for us to arrive home to give us our parcel very friendly driver

Delivery failure twice - they require a whole day window for delivery - unreasonable. A more reasonable window (say 2hours as per other delivery companies) is required. Also no advance notice of delivery time is given.

Useless. Driver walked up to house, rang bell and immediately walked back to van. Portal said calling card was left, but ring doorbell shows otherwise. Stick with DPD if you want items delivered on time, and with care.

Delivered 2 out of 3 boxes of a 3 part set, admitted to losing the last box then fraudulently updated the tracking info to say all 3 boxes delivered. Now won't return calls or emails. No option but to log a police incident and report with Action Fraud with the evidence we have. Use with EXTREME CAUTION

No delivery despite tracking showing them a couple of villages away. Obviously didn't fancy the detour. Rebooked for today. No delivery, no tracking, nothing. I already know them to be a shockingly poor company from other people who've had the misfortune of being sent something by them.

AVOID dreadful company. Two delivery dates given but no delivery. Lost my item apparently, how they managed to lose something 900x600x20mm I don't know. Luckily I bought via Amazon so got a refund. AVOID

stayed in for delivery after getting time slot didnt show then get a text later saying rescheduled lets see if it turns up this time

DX gave me an all day delivery so I waited and waited, the tracking doesn't shed any light and only asking if I wish to change my delivery date!!! This is the next day and still no medication, is it so hard to keep me updated 😡😡😡😡

The first delivery attempt I was at home, the guy did not use my Ring doorbell and when I got to the door about 20 seconds later he was nowhere to be seen. The second attempt during my allocated delivery slot I received a message to say delivery attempted but consignee unavailable but they hadn't even come to my doo and I have proof of that on my doorbell footage. The third attempt was exactly the same. I have sent several emails and had no helpful responses. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with they are absolutely hopeless. In the end I had no option but to cancel my order and get a refund. Needless to say I will never use this company again.

Should have had delivery yesterday but unable to deliver as incomplete address although post code supplied only covers a few properties on the street and this is a caravan park which is easily identifiable. Updated full address with them and advised redelivery today and again no delivery today with a message unable to contact consignee. Rang number provided but not manned, went on to contact us on the web page and the bot is useless so tried live chat. Gave all info and got told that they cannot help and contact the sender of the parcel. What a shambles.

Appalling company, awful customer service. A month later and I still haven't received my parcel. Customer service just keeps repeating themselves then go completely quiet. I am so stressed by the whole situation!!!! Just terrible!
