Paid for Express delivery was supposed to be here Monday and it's now 18:07 on Wednesday and it's still not here despite the fact I had a time slot of 12:47-14:47 today. I was tracking the driver up until the point the time slot elapsed and then was no longer able to see him. Customer service is useless too. Was told it'd be here by 18:00 today(Wednesday) after I contacted them and waited nearly 45 minutes to speak to someone on an online chat and was told that the tracking service is no longer available once the delivery is late. Shambles of a courier service.

Horrendous, delivery was coming Monday. Today is Wednesday, on hold for 40 minutes, then another 40 minutes when put though to the Crewe depot. 'Apparently' the item has been scanned twice, but they've no idea where the package is!?! Beyond useless

I wish you could leave -5 stars. I was supposed to receive a delivery today, but suddenly, in the early afternoon, I received a text saying this would no longer be happening and that they would let me know when it would. I am leaving tomorrow for months and was waiting for a £300 parcel to bring with me. After one full hour waiting on the chat, the agent was only able to give AI replies saying we are sorry, this happens, and we do not care. You will receive your parcels when the depot is ready. Is this a joke? This happened with DP and D, and they immediately sent the parcel from the depot as scheduled and promised. The agent said they are short of drivers, well, I am afraid, but that is not my problem. Why did you accept the job, then? I am short of money and time and I do not buy or plan something if I know I won't be able to. Stop doing business until you can do so. Not only a waste of precious time and money, but I have also spent the day at home waiting for this scheduled delivery, and now I do not even know how or when I will get my money back. Shame on you! If I see that anything else in future is supposed to be delivered by you, I will change suppliers to one that does not use your services. Unacceptable.

Disgusting company. They sent a message that would come on time right day. Then they said I was not home. Rebook next day, then they said would cancel, have to rebook again. Liars - untrusting

1 Star – Avoid at all costs We have been using DX Express since August 2024 for daily collections, and our experience in the last few months has been nothing short of disastrous. Over the past year, one of our team alone has sent six emails to the local (Bristol) customer care team - only one response came through, after two months, and only after threatening a formal complaint. Recently, we escalated a serious issue by emailing the customer care manager and were promised action from a supervisor; no response came, despite repeated follow-ups. We then contacted the area manager – again, no response. Phone calls to our account manager and area manager go unanswered, even with repeated attempts. Our CEO has personally intervened, with no reply whatsoever. While the drivers who collect from us are friendly and consistent, everyone else at DX Express is unresponsive and ineffective. This week alone, we’ve had five customer complaints due to non-deliveries being marked as “rescheduled” – the parcels never arrived. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend DX Express under any circumstances. The service beyond the drivers is a total failure, and the so-called management team should be completely ashamed of themselves. - The Regency Chess Company

After reading the reviews here it’s no wonder my review is gonna be the same. I’ve left one star because there’s nothing lower. I ordered a fireplace from B&Q which DX was supposed to be delivering. 2 weeks ago The drivers phoned me and said they were at my door wouldn’t leave without a signature I said leave with my neighbour as was 30 mins away they took the parcel away Then said I’d refused to take delivery when I tried to rearrange delivery, They said they didn’t have the parcel anymore B&Q told me DX still had fireplace so I cancelled order, i then went through homebase for a similar fireplace and DX was the delivery company again they delivered the next fireplace on time but it was badly damaged and smashed and you could see it was through the delivery process. A new fireplace was rearranged to be sent but had to wait for a delivery slot (2 Weeks) as DX wouldn’t leave with neighbours, then today 2 weeks later they claim they haven’t got the fireplace to deliver although I’ve had 3 phone calls telling me the parcel will be delivered today and the damaged one collected on same delivery and when I spoke to the supplier they said that the DX had the parcel all DX do on the phone is lie if I find out that the company that I’ve purchased something from in future is using DX I will cancel the order I will never use this company again. They’re supposed to be picking up the broken fireplace today. and I’ve now had notification it won’t be collected.today after taking time off from work for damage fireplace to be collected and delivery of a new one

DX Freight were to deliver two doors to my property and have someone sign as confirmation. Items were left outside, without the doorbell not being rung, and no one inside the house being informed. The driver then noted that the items had been signed and delivered. This was not true. Items were discovered 6 hours later and by this point it had started raining and was dark. I contacted DX Freight to ask about the delivery and was told I would receive a call back once the driver had spoken to the teller. I never received a call back. Thankfully, I was able to carry these items inside myself. They are very large and my partner was not able to manage this. God forbid someone was elderly or disabled. Dreadful way to treat customers!

DX claimed to have attempted delivery three times. I know for a fact that the 2nd and 3rd times they didn't even attempt as I waited in. The only recourse is the live chat, which involves a long queue and the agent then promises to give the driver more information. They would not give me a phone number. I am at my wits end. They say local depot wont allow collections. HOW am I supposed to get the parcel if they wont actually bring it to me?

Steer well clear! I’ve paid for express delivery and am still waiting for my package. This is nearly a week as of posting, waiting for these two gaming chairs. I don’t have high hopes anymore, upon reading the rest of the reviews. Maybe you think I’m silly because of this complaint. Well; their website is no use, because you can’t get through to a real person. You call them, they don’t answer. Instead your met with a Robot, give details and the call hangs up. Absolutely useless. Tracking is a pile of dog doo. It doesn’t work because Tesco who is supplying them via marketplace (neo direct are the sellers), shows as it being delivered. Yet there is no info from DX. You serious? How am I meant to know where my package is? I tried contacting the sellers and they’re just as useless. My plans have been slowed down tremendously, because I don’t know if I’m even going to receive what I’ve paid for. I’m livid! I’m returning the moment the hit the door. If they ever materialise into existence that is. Utterly poor service from DX Delivery!

DX claimed that they knocked on my door yesterday to deliver my parcel, which is a lie. They also claimed they had left a calling card too, which is also a lie. I don’t understand why companies allow this to happen as it gives them a bad name because to lying an useless drivers

This company is appalling, zero stars is more like it... argos should never use them again. On the 19th of November I received half a sideboard, 1st of December I'm still waiting for 2nd half, ru ng them everyday this week given endless delivery dates its a joke, rang argos in the end, sick of being given endless dates and no delivery.

DO NOT USE!!! Only giving 1 star as there is no option for ZERO stars! Ordered with a selected delivery date... arrived 3 weeks later!!! Even when it did arrive they didn't knock.. watched them leave it on the path and just drive away and mark it as 'Delivered' Worst courier company in the country and really should cease trading! exact same thing before with an order from Angling Direct.

Paid for next day delivery on 20th November, 9 days later I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Chasing customer service for a delivery date but no one can be bothered to reply. Avoid!

Absolutely ridiculous company. Fake "We missed you" message without attempting to deliver. Customer support doesn't work at all, you can wait 2 hours on the phone and speak with nobody.

Avoid at all cost!!! Delivery due 26/11 16.03- 18.03 NO Show. Delivery due 27/11 12.30-14.30 NO Show yet on both occasions driver 2 miles from me! Rescheduled 28th This time no slot no tracking GUESS WHAT NO SHOW!! Two messages One email sent tk them Yes you've guessed NO response!! Company sending goods to me was also monitoring situation. Eventually a women from DX called me apologised for DX saying it was completely their fault for someone apologising had the unfortunate abrupt and aggressive manner about her . The company sending me my repaired item now feel that it will never arrive has had to send a £300 brand new item to me Via DPD!!! IF YOU HAVE TIME ON YOUR HANDS AND LIKE BEING MESSED ABOUT THIS IS TGE COMPANY FIR YOU .HOW CAN THEY IMPROVE , WELL LETS SEE , DELIVER THE GOODS !!!

Should have had a parcel delivered Tuesday but didn’t turn up, showed out for delivery on Wed but then put back in to storage at the depot a few hours later, same Thursday and same Friday. Customer service was horrendous, wouldn’t allow me to have the depot number. No help or support whatsoever. This parcel had to be signed for so I have rearranged work to ensure someone was in.

I ordered some bags specially sized to fit my car boot. The seller shipped using these guys. They never came anywhere near my address but sent me an email saying that my stuff had been delivered. Spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone - impossible. Filled in the website contact forms - ignored. Tried to use their live chat thing - wasn’t working. Tried all the possible emails - all bounced back as addresses not accepting messages. I’m assuming that their courier stole my stuff but they’ll make it impossibly difficult to achieve and redress. If any vendor hints that they’ll use these guys in the future they’ll automatically lose the sale.

Was concerned as soon as I realised what couriers were being used as I had never heard of them and, had I known this before purchase, I would have bought elsewhere. My item was supposed to be delivered next day but two days later tracking showed that there had been a failed delivery attempt and the goods could not be delivered. Considering I was home all day and the item would've fitted through my letterbox, this was a downright lie. Tried to 'phone but just got an automated service and couldn't locate the Live Chat they claim to have. Absolute chancers, I had a bad feeling about them right from the start.

My package checked in to the DX hotel California Leeds warehouse on Tuesday 26th and has never left. Out for delivery every day but is promptly scanned back in to storage every morning. DX is clearly having difficulties delivering the services they should be providing. I really wish the company I bought from didn’t use DX as a service provider. They are quite simply useless.
