You make false statements about making an attempted delivery. You make false statements about leaving a card. I was looking forward to receiving my delivery today so very disappointed. I will probably contact retailer and cancel order.

They're useless my item should be with me today no sign of the item or the delivery man... DX should be shut down as they can't deliver a single package on time so why run the business They're waste of air.

Dx freight can't get enough drivers because managers get treated better than the drivers. The face of any company is the boots on the ground eg drivers and not the managers. That's why the service is rubbish

I have been waiting in for a collection to be collected from my home. I have been given 6 different days since the end of August for them to collect each day they DID NOT SHOW UP to collect. You try to phone them they never answer send emails they never answer then their dreaded chatbot. They are the most diabolical so called delivery firm I have ever had dealings with. A WARNING to anyone thinking of using them DON’T. They should be done under the trades description act for force advertising. 6 bloody days lost from work I’m fuming

Claim they tried to deliver and had left a card. I've been in all day and there has been nothing - no van, no driver no card. The phone number just puts you through to an automated line. The supposed live chat is just a chatbot that cuts you off saying all agents are busy after keeping you waiting. These are appalling and will not buy from anyone who uses them again, let alone use them myself.

No communication. Not even a quick call, which in most cases would lead to a successful delivery. Waited in all day, then saw a ‘card left at house’ message on tracking. It’s a flat and no card was left. Stress level is through the roof. You are in the lap of the Gods! How can they afford to run a business like that? Shocking.

Abysmal service. Driver called on mobile to confirm I was at home for delivery and I confirmed I was. Driver rang doorbell of building and I buzzed him up. He didn't open the door and just stood there. Rang again, buzzed him up again, again he just stood there. I go downstairs and he's already put away the item and about to leave and is irritated when I ask for my item - which is a large rug. He brings it back out and I go to open the door and he refuses to bring it inside and tells me to move so he can take a photo of the building external door. I ask him to bring the package inside and he refuses and puts the item back in the van and drives off. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour, and pure laziness.

Word of warning to all the service from DX courier service in Nottingham is appalling. Waited in all day Wednesday day for a delivery didn't arrive, DX said the drive ran out of time. DX said it will be with Thursday in-between 13:00 & 15:00. Delivery didn't arrive,the driver is running out of time again! Why was it not one of the first deliveries in the truck since I've been messed around I asked DX they couldn't answer. They clearly don't care about customer service Now rebooked for Friday. If you require reliable, dependable service think twice about these guys

My parcels were due to be delivered yesterday between 08.00-18.00. I was at work and my son was at college. When we got home around 17.30 there was no card so I assumed we might be the last drop off. When 18.00 passed I checked the tracking info which said it they had been delivered at 14.30! I checked with my neighbours and they didn't have them so I sent an email to DX and the supplier. DX called me today and said they had been delivered to a house 10 doors away in a cul-de-sac around the corner. How was I supposed to know that without a delivery card? The courier was going to come back today, collect them and then deliver them to the correct address, but I told him I wouldn't be home. He would have to come back tomorrow when I'm home. In the meantime, my parents had come to my house and found a handwritten note through my door saying my parcels were at the house 10 doors away. When my parents went round to collect them, they had been left outside the door for anyone walking past to see. These parcels are worth over £500 and could have easily been stolen! Appalling service and I am surprised, with a 1.2 star rating, that the company I made the purchase from actually still use DX for their products, which are not cheap!

These clowns are even worse than yodel. Delivered to wrong address and no clue where as the “safe place” photo they supplied was just a closeup of someone’s open shed / garage - looked abandoned. Impossible to find where they delivered it “exactly” - could literally be anywhere. Tracking is a joke as they said it was being delivered on the Saturday but then delivered to wrong address on Monday. Don’t use this company. Zero stars.

Purchased a Car Battery from Tanya batteries for next day delivery. DX have delivered to my address multiple times yet on this occasion asked for further delivery details and to contact. DX had details along with name, postcode and number of business. The driver was 50 mtrs away from the address then tracking goes off. They provided a telephone number which sends you around in circles. A chat that is useless and sends you around in circles and did not understand a single sentence you typed. Goods now refunded and my business will go to a company that doesn’t use DX.

Terrible, I live in 92a, was at home the whole day just to find out my parcel was left at 11a, like 6 minutes walk. Not even a picture of proof of delivery. So do I have to carry book shelf myself now? I can't believe this. Ridiculous

Very rude delivery man. Phoned me to go to his van and pick up my parcel, it weighs 26kg. I told him I get delivery to my door, he said to me, I am not your servant. I am not able to go and carry that kind of weight as I have health issues and I am not that young. He just kept on saying, if I want my parcel I have to go and pick it up. It was his duty to bring parcel up to my door but he wouldn’t. He went away with the parcel. He then lied that he delivered to me. He was foreign Asian accent guy. They should not be employing people like these. He has caused me stress over it. Tried to phone DX, several times, phone never gets answered.

this company is so bad, the proof of attempted delivery is from down the road at the kerb and shows the three houses in my row. No where near my actual front door. I watched the driver drive away while I stood on my door step - its amazing I wasn't in the photo. Customer service is no existent. an absolute joke of a company who I thought had gone bust the 00s, if zero stars was an option I think thats what they would have from everyone reviewing here.

Dx say they tried to deliver item but left no card or sent text - they say number was not given to them it then went out for delivery yesterday but when I checked was told driver ill and customer services took my mobile and said I would get updates - again same thing today no delivery no updates and gave phone number again what a waste of time this company is

Awful, awful company. Absolute scum. Ordered paper from a well-known stationers and it arrived in a sack. The box had broken so DX just shoved it all in a sack. All paper so crumpled that it was complete unusable. Replacement order was supposed to be delivered. Received message to say it was delivered. It wasn't. Photo proof requested - photo of front of house and box in back of their own van. So they were actually there but didn't bother even going to front door (Ring system so would have seen). Rearranged delivery and collection of unusable paper. Each day was marked as 'We were unable to deliver / collect today... please contact the company you arranged this service with'. Today, 18/08/2025 I actually caught the delivery van arrive. Took photo. Received a message at the same time saying that they were unable to collect today at the exact time of the timestamp on the photo. No one got out of the van. It was stopped outside for a few minutes. Lazy drivers. Avoid this company! One star because the option of no stars doesn't exist.
