Absolute joke of a company. Parcel was due on Thursday it said delivery was attempted and a calling card was left (it wasn't) and it would be redelivered Friday. Stayed in Friday for this delivery to have a 14:40-16:40 window. Still no sign so hopped onto the online chat to be told that the driver is still on the road and are usually out until 6om so it will probably be delivered to another message at 17:30 stating delivery unavailable. contacted them Saturday to say it had not been delivered and they said the driver could not find my property, this is very hard to believe. I agreed to pick this up myself today from the depot so I knew I would get it. I had a message this morning to say it would be delivered again between 8am and 6pm, even though I had on my tracking that I could collect it from the depot. Contacted the company again who said it is on a van and delivery will be made between 11:30-13:30, again came home from work to be in for said delivery. Item has not been delivered and now tracking says that it is being returned to sender. I am beyond frustrated and will not use them ever again! What a joke.

i find it ridiculous that a delivery company thinks it is normal /best practice to give a delivery window of 8am - 6pm, no other business gives such windows it is either a morning or afternoon /evening window but this company thinks it is ok to keep you in doors all day waiting for a parcel. they need to visit their current process it does not serve its customers .

Previous to my last review, where 3 attempts were allegedly made to deliver my parcel, to which I got a refund from the Ebay seller, I ordered the same items from a different company. To my disbelief, the second company also used DX. The item was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 12/11/2025. So I again went on the online chat and asked if the driver could call me if delivery was after 17:00, when the reception closes. I was once again informed that the depot will update the driver. Again nothing happened, no attempt at delivery made or phone call received. Parcel is out for delivery today again, and I can almost certainly guarantee that it will not be delivered. CCTV on the premises proves that the drivers lie, and screenshots of both the interactions with the online chat also provide evidence if incompetence. From this day forth, I will message a seller before purchase to ascertain whether they use DX as a courier, and if so, they will not get my business.

AVOID AVIOD AVIOD!!!! Their driver is abosolutly shamblic!!! lied yesterday and today! I sat at my front room, there was no one has came to my front door, but twice, their website said their driver has left a card for unsuccessful delivery, and their telephone number works, they cunningly ask me to chat with their chatbox, then again, it's another disgusting trick, never answer / solve problem for you, just go around and around! How this disgraceful company can stand a chance?!!!

Waited in for a delivery, giving a time frame of 8.00am to 6.00pm didn’t turn up for two days only when I contacted the company I bought the goods from did it arrive the next day. Tried contacting DX on the phone waiting over twenty minutes only to be cut off

Incompetent drivers who also lie about no one being at the address. Took 3 days off at this point to receive the delivery to no avail. Terrible company avoid at all costs

So bad. Waited in all day, they changed the delivery day to tomorrow. Same happened again on the next scheduled day. Still hasn’t been delivered. Don’t know why this company exists. Customer service person was nonchalant. I’d like to rate this zero stars.

Message saying they tried to deliver and left note in door. Now….they must use invisible drivers, neither ‘Ring’ or me looking through the window saw anyone near my door…..and there wasn’t a note to say they’d tried to deliver. Driver must have been only 5 mins away when I went onto ‘chat’ and asked that the driver turned around and try deliver at the right property…which has house number and Street name on a slate mounted on the house wall. Not possible…I was told….I was supposed to waste another day…send them a picture of my door….which is no different to the 165 black doors on this estate…send ‘Ring’ video of the invisible man……or go pick up the parcel myself at the depot. Dreadful service…appalling customer service…..Believe me…Nobody tried to deliver anything to my door and I’ll not spend hours more waiting in. It’s your problem…the driver was 5 mins away….. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

If you are due your parcel to be delivered late afternoon you can forget getting it 3 days I have waited for delivery and full delivery still not arrived worst company I have had to deal with if I could go be. 0 stars to would

Every delivery company these days give you a 2 to 3 hour time slot......DX give a 10 hour time slot!!!!! absolutely ridiculous, they seem to think everyone has 10 hours to sit in the house waiting. I wish the company I use to buy business goods would use a different delivery company. Had so many problems with DX.

What a complete waist of time DX is, if I was company I would never use you to deliver my parcels, still not received it, keep the parcel, waisting my time having time off work losing money, no intentions of delivering my pcl, thanks for nothing you waist of space

Phoned me to say he was outside my house while i was out,told him i would be there in 5 mins and he said he would wait,after rushing home in less than 5 mins he had already gone and took my parcel back with him,after reading all the negative reviews they are without doubt the worst courier company in the UK.

Card in letterbox yesterday not put through never saw it, to add to insult they put another card in today and didn't even knock who uses this company worst ever. They must of ran like mad as I have steps a d a path to house no sign of driver ...!

Having waited in for a delivery promised today we received a message at 17.04 to say that the delivery had been attempted but no one was available, which was absolute rubbish. Furthermore, our Ring doorbell and associated movement alarm showed no sign of anybody approaching our doorstep. As there is no delivery over the weekend I now have to wait until Monday, which means another day lost.
