Scheduled for delivery yesterday, driver “broke down”. Was told delivery today by 2pm, got a window of 3:40pm to 5:40pm. Tracking saw the driver nearby this morning before getting further and further away until showing as back at the depot around twenty minutes into our delivery window. Tracking updated to say our parcel had been scanned back into the depot and status changed to “awaiting first delivery”. No calls, no messages, no apologies, no one at the depot to take calls. Appalling “service”

Advised delivery would be before 10.43am on Friday. 11.30am no delivery. Website has numerous options for making contact. Began with On line chatbot who passed me to an advisor who never appeared! Tried calling after 10 min wait left my number for callback. 2hrs later did this again but never received a call! 18.15pm got a text to say it will now be delivered Monday. No explanation ! Not good enough DX. I paid for delivery and now wish I had collected myself

The absolute worst!!!! Contact only thru automated services, only during office hours. Delivery driver didn't follow instructions at all!!! Will NEVER EVER buy from a vendor that uses these fools.

I waited in all day for DX express to deliver my blinds that I had ordered from blinds 247 , I paid for fast track as I've moved to a new property. There was a no show from them, absolutely a waste of time, they gave me a window of all day. Most reputable delivery companies give you a call or text, no communication from them and difficult to track items. Useless company.

Second time I have had the misfortune of using them (not my choice) and it was as bad as the last. Given one delivery day with a timeframe of between 8am-6pm and the deliverY did no occur. Used their useless online chat and was given a callback (shocked that happened) and was told it would be delivered the following day after 2pm. I was not shocked that the item was not delivered at all!! As a working human how they expect you to wait 2 days indoors is ridiculous! The tracking is awful and contacting them even worse. I never would have thought a delivery service could he worse than Hermes!! DO NOT USE

If I have a option 0 stars I will definitely give ZERO! Absolutely useless delivery company . Lack of communication, didn't inform me my parcel is with them. Attempted few times , driver never been to my property to deliver the parcel! If I see any seller who use them I will never buy anything from him!

Four times, DX have been scheduled to collect a return. Four times they have failed, with no apology. The staff at the call centre are rude and act like it has nothing to do with them. Avoid avoid avoid.

My chair out for delivery today. Spoke to two people email and Chat, who said they would give a time window for delivery and that would phone me half hour before delivery as I do not live at the property yet. Neither happened. I then by chance checked tracking that said delivered secure signed. I had to charge down to house just to check and had been left outside front door. Will not buy anything again if they use this courier. Very poor customer service.

Delivered parcel to wrong address and ignored all delivery instructions. Tracking us useless and drivers do not contact on route even for high value parcels. They take an eternity to answer the phone and sometimes they do not answer at all. They refuse to respond to complaints in any way but i will not let it go.

what a terrible experience. why do people/ companies still work with them? I was waiting for an urgent medical supplies for 5 days (it was sent as urgent next day). As a business owner myself I will never use them!

Had lots of emails to say a delivery was on the way. Emails to say it was out for delivery. Emails to say it would be delivered at a certain time. Email to say it had been delivered. Nothing was delivered. Looked online at tracking and it said was left in a suitable place - the porch. I don't have a porch...

Awful company. Were meant to deliver and had a notification but never turned up - no communication. I called them to be told they had lost the item then a call back to say they had found it and it would be on the next day delivery - no show again they phoned the next day to apologise and say they had found it and it would be shipped out. This went on for a week until an email this morning to say they have sent it back to the courier. Complete waste on my time. Awful communication and zero customer service. The customer service team have no direct contact to the delivery people which is INSANE

Should have been delivered on the 20th March, still just sat there in their warehouse with no communication since they picked it up, and that message was "we've got it, delivery delayed".

I was told my package would arrive on 19 March, with a delivery window between 8am and 6pm. I waited the entire day and nothing arrived. The next day I received another notification with the same delivery window, and again, no parcel. Awful eperience. Based on the number of similar 1‑star reviews, this company really shouldn’t be responsible for delivering packages. Completely unreliable.

This company have been absolutely ridiculous. We had delivery of bed booked for Monday 16th March which my son took a day's off work to be here for. Waited until late afternoon to be told oh your order has accidentally been cancelled. We won't be able to deliver it now until Wednesday 18th March. Another days wages lost for the bed to arrive with half of it missing ! Been informed now oh the part that went missing has now been found and we can deliver it on Friday 20th March. Absolute micky mouse company that haven't got a clue what they're doing. Stay well clear .
