They say they’ve attempted delivery 3 + times but couldn’t find my property which is ridiculous, no one else has any problems. I’ve tried to contact them,I was cut off after waiting for half an hour They are pathetic, a useless company

Had delivery which was earlier than expected, however the cardboard boxes were damaged one especially was damaged as opened at one end. On inspection of the metal plates for a garden raised bed that many of the panels has scratches on the panels.

Waited in all day for the promised delivery, only to get a note saying they couldn't deliver it and had put a card through door to arrange delivery. This was a blatant lie as we were in all day, in the room next to the door and we never received a card. Probably the most useless delivery company ever (and there is stiff competition!). Avoid buying anything from companies that use these idiots for delivery.

I cannot explain how incompetent this business is. Lost by bag for 6 days. Kept claiming the shipping agency. I presume BA use them as they are cheap. Sadly I had no choice, but I won’t use BA again either. Lost then item, shipped the item to the wrong place. Then delivered on the wrong day. Said would delivery on Thursday, then delivered on Wednesday.

Appalling, the person who delivered my parcel didn't fill in a calling card and couldn't be bothered to ring Knock on my doorbell,so I rearranged the delivery for today, same again.I rang DX on both numbers no one answered, spent 2 hrs trying. When I then went on live chat, the lady said all she could do was to arrange another delivery. I am thinking it will be the same tomorrow..I will not buy anything online from people who Use the Company DX to deliver.

Took today off work to wait for parcel which says out for delivery today, it's now 7:45pm and nothing absolute load of rubbish God knows when I will get it, fuming.

Absolutely useless and perhaps the worst delivery company. Incompetent staff, a customer service department that’s beyond terrible, and an attempted delivery to the wrong address instead of mine. Just speechless.

Delivery scheduled for 2nd July between 14:48 & 16:48. At 17:05 I get a text to say the parcel could not be delivered and a card has been left with instructions to re-arrange, which is a complete lie because nobody has been anywhere near my property and no card through the door. Only option is to reschedule for 3rd July. Absolutely useless and suspect I may never get the parcel, especially if the supplier claims I'm not here to receive it! Will wait and see!

I really don't know how hard it is to press a door bell, but DX delivery drivers seem to have been absent from that course. They can't even read a message on my door saying where to leave a delivery if there is no answer. Left a 2m long roll of netting leaning by the front door and left. Anyone could have taken it. They do this every time - by the door or by the bin. This seems standard practice if you are lucky enough to have your good delivered by DX.

Took time off work when i received a text saying my delivery would be with me between 10am & 12noon I waited and waited and waited , called the boss tao check it was ok to wait another hr. But still my delivery never turned up! The tracking showed the driver was down the road from us ! Then I refreshed the page and now its back on just telling you its out for delivery and the driver will txt you when he's close ?!?!? Are they taking the mickey!! I have to go back to work and there is no one to leave it with and theres no option to tell the driver where to leave it i a safe place. Its a joke only its not funny!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was given a delivery time of 1.45pm to 3.45pm so altered my plans to be in the area at that time. At 3.45 driver appeared to be about 2 miles away. After that I couldn't track it. Used chat facility told drivers don't have work phones and won't use their personal phones to contact me. Confirmed you can't track after anticipated time has passed. Customer services only open to 5pm and they don't deliver at weekends! How is this company still on business. At 8.02pm I finally got an e-mail saying couldn't deliver and asking me to rearrange. I don't intend to waste another day waiting in for them and have asked supplier to cancel order. I will get my items elsewhere with a reliable contactable delivery compajy

Tried for over an hour to call local depot, then the customer service centre to book a redelivery which allegedly happened, but noone was answering. Extremely poor service...

Was informed that my item was coming 2 days earlier. Went on the tracking and it said it was out for delivery. Waited in all day. At 2 o'clock I received a message from a lady informing me that my item had been delivered to her address. I tried to phone DX after 20minutes I gave up. I then phoned the seller who answered straight away to be informed that the DX driver would be going back to pick it up and deliver it to me it is now 5.45 and have not heard anything from them and no item .Tracking is a waste of time all it said was item out for delivery..

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Called to get an update on an oversized parcel that was being delivered. Left on hold for 40 min then call was disconnected. Also online tracking is utter rubbish. Update at 8:47 am Parcel scanned onto vehicle, then 30 min AFTER this, update 8:00am Out for delivery! Total shambles.

I’ve been waiting for my package for a week. The courier keeps claiming I’m not home, which is a lie – I’ve been here the whole time. No call, no doorbell. Customer service is rude and useless. Never again
