let's hope i get a refund or replacement for my delivery that you said that you delivered when you left it in your van and drove off with it.

I have had 3 radiators delivered today. Left at my front gate, not near my front door. No knock at the door or notification that they had been delivered. Only noticed when I went outside. Originally told they would need a signature. Boxes torn. Completely disgusted by their service.

What a dismal company. I was supposed to get 3 parcels on Monday. They delivered one and emailed gloating they had delivered exactly. I struggled to get in touch with them and after going through hoops managed to get confirmation they would deliver the 2 missing parcels today. Only one parcel arrived along with their self congratulations email stating they delivered exactly. Again had to send a few emails and they did the usual lip service apology and indicated they were running behind schedule as their reason for delays of the already delayed shipment. They point blank refused to arrange a rapid courier delivery at their cost today and if I am lucky I might get the 3rd parcel tomorrow. If you are a business looking to engage a courier this one will ruin your reputation. I have advised the company I purchased goods from that I will not order anything else from them as they are unable to deliver orders. If they have any sense they will drop this carrier for a credible alternative.

If i could i would give -5 Star for this company. 3 days delivering a parcel, every single evening sends an email which says sorry we missed you and the driver doesn't even attempt to deliver it

I am still waiting for my parcel ! it was supposed to come yesterday 25/11/2025 I was given a time of 12.08 and 14.08 I looked on the tracking map and it was quite near but then went miles away. Got a text and email to say it was coming today 26/11/2025I looked again at the map and the "VAN" was two minutes away from my flat , the next time I looked it was miles away again !! its a pity they do not deliver the parcels as quick ! I honestly do not understand how any company can operate with a scam like this , why not just say " your parcel is delayed " I had to cancel a doctors appointment because of waiting in for 2 days.

Parcel over a week late. Spent an hour getting through to them to be advised they are sorry they are having issues in their network, they have no idea when they can deliver my package. It's currently in storage. I actually laughed when she said that. Joke of a delivery company, honestly.

If l could, l would give this company no stars at all. The have lied to me consistently about delivery times. They have told me they are unable to access the property. They have told me they are on their way, (3times), no show. And now l have been in touch with retailer who has told ne the items are still not out for delivery. They have been at their depot for 5 days. There is nothing good about this company, only the amount of e.mails received that are completely untrue. Only this morning they have said the parcels are out for delivery but again, they are not, and still at the depot. Do not use this company. You may never receive the goods.

Been trying over the last few days to find details for a missed collection. They make it as complicated as possible to navigate through the web site other than a live chat which is of no use as it doesn't understand the question am needing to know then just kicks you off. I think they just want you to give up and move on. My advice stick with the better known other company's who you are able to speak to directly with a voice call.

Appalling company - two failed deliveries and no attempt to contact customer, wasting time and money, impossible to talk either on phone or chat bot. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

Keep saying they failed to delivered, however I found out it had never even gone out for delivery. Useless company with unapologetic customer service.

Utterly useless company. I echo other negative reviews. Very dishonest about “attempting” to deliver items. When you contact their customer service to query this they don’t offer any apology and are not proactive in trying to rectify anything after they have just wasted your time staying in just to wait for them. The customer service handler asked me if I wanted to collect a heavy peice of furniture from their depot as if I didn’t pay for the item to be delivered to my place.

I had an email days ago saying they had my parcel and would contact me to say when it would be out for delivery. I heard nothing. I then checked the tracking which said I needed to contact them to arrange re delivery even though there hadn’t been a first delivery. I left them a negative on Trust Pilot they responded on Trust Pilot saying it would be definitely delivered today and I would receive a 2 hour delivery slot. I waited in and at midday today received a text to say they once again were not bothering to deliver it today So DX were even prepared to lie on Trust Pilot. It’s obvious the DX BRIDGEND depot is a shambles. Avoid at all costs.

Driver cancel the delivery without attempting to call or contact or even ring the bell. Only deliver service where you have to go to their depot to collect because their drivers can't be bothered to use common sense and contact you if there is a gate in your apartment. Shame that they end up "delivering" important documents. Only option to connect with them is their live chat which you have to navigate.

Delivery due on Wednesday with an icon showing where the delivery van was situated.At 1600 they were 6 miles away 1800 20 miles away heading to there depot.Delivery then arranged for next day with a time range that came and went.Then received a message that they gequired more information about our address and a contact number.No answer only bots answering,emails no reply and chat no resolution and only asks for reviews.Never had a problem with deliveries but have never used this company but had no choice as this was items that were ordered online.What a sham I’m now going to cancel the items and order elsewhere where they use reliable contactable delivery companies

Dreadful. Parcel not delivered despite me being at home - calling card left. I rearranged for next day but it still hasn’t arrived. On the phone for over 2 hours and it’s still not been answered!

Very poor delivery service, couldn't even find a registered building on a main road with 14flats in it so the building can be seen a mile away so they gave up and sent my parcel back

Absolute joke of a company. Parcel was due on Thursday it said delivery was attempted and a calling card was left (it wasn't) and it would be redelivered Friday. Stayed in Friday for this delivery to have a 14:40-16:40 window. Still no sign so hopped onto the online chat to be told that the driver is still on the road and are usually out until 6om so it will probably be delivered to another message at 17:30 stating delivery unavailable. contacted them Saturday to say it had not been delivered and they said the driver could not find my property, this is very hard to believe. I agreed to pick this up myself today from the depot so I knew I would get it. I had a message this morning to say it would be delivered again between 8am and 6pm, even though I had on my tracking that I could collect it from the depot. Contacted the company again who said it is on a van and delivery will be made between 11:30-13:30, again came home from work to be in for said delivery. Item has not been delivered and now tracking says that it is being returned to sender. I am beyond frustrated and will not use them ever again! What a joke.
