This delivery company is really behind the times. Just leave the parcels on the doorstep like everyone else!

They did not deliver on the day but sent a message to say that they had tried to deliver but no one was in. This was a lie as we waited in all day for the delivery. They then sent a message to say that the delivery would be the next day. It was delivered but the box, despite fragile tape all over it, was badly damaged. On opening both items were smashed to bits. Now in the process of trying to get a refund from the retailer. I would not recommend anyone use this service going forward

Absolutely useless, they have to date failed to pick up my parcel for delivery six times!…yes that’s six times!!! Live chat all very apologetic and friendly, they rebook and then no one turns up??? You want to try calling their complaints line!! It just rings and rings! No one ever answers. I had to give one star to to start this review otherwise it would be a very big fat zero!!! …….don’t use this absolutely useless company!!

Delivery driver turned up, went into the back of his van for a few minutes, came out the van closed the doors, took a photo of my house got in the van and sped off, then I got a delivery update saying nobody home and left a card. No card was left and I watched the whole episode from my window, if the van was sign written with the company logo and not just a white van I would've went out to speak to the driver while he was in the back of his van and taking the delivery from him,

Atrocious. Couldnt locate my address (found by all other courier services) and stated it didnt exist. Nobody then answers the phone. Changed address to work address and then receive a useless email with no time of delivery and tracking link that doesnt work. No confidence that it will appear at work today.

I was advised that an item would be delivered between 7.40 and 9.40am. At around 11.00am I received a text message stating that the item had not been received at the depot for delivery. I was in various queues trying to get a response from an agent between 10.00 and 11.40, but no one was able to help.

Absolute Lies by DX driver. Said attempted delivery at 17:34 I was working all afternoon on front of the house till 18:30. Also lied saying left a card. We have had trouble with DX before and once we know a Company uses them we insist on another delivery company.

***PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU'RE A BUSINESS LOOKING AT USING DX 2 MAN DELIVERY AS YOUR COURIER*** So let's start off with the positives; They usually collect things at a consistent time each day and deliver things reasonably quickly compared to other couriers that handle large and heavy goods- with the odd hiccup, but that's to be expected. However, they seem to be completely incapable of delivering things in one piece- even if the goods aren't particularly fragile. Couriers won't bother strapping any items down and will just let them crash around while in the van without giving two hoots about what happens to them. Then once your goods inevitably get damaged, the company will play every trick in the book to avoid paying out for anything- even when the goods are wrapped thoroughly and as much care has been taken as possible to avoid damages. Then I've not even mentioned how disgraceful they handle any customer returns that you may have. Most of the returns get lost in their system and again, the staff will do everything in their power to make sure you get absolutely no compensation whatsoever. It doesn't matter how laughably unreasonable it is, there will always be some random T&C that you signed at the start, so all the blame goes on you. My advice would be to file a case with the small claims court before even bothering to claim anything through their internal system, as the courts will side with you every time with how disgraceful DX's business practices are. Again, they're pretty good at collecting things from your warehouse on time everyday and usually deliver things in good time, but expect your goods to arrive damaged beyond repair and prepare to get well and truly shafted with any compensation claims that you file though them.

Fuming, was given today's date and time between 08.00-18.00. Waited all day for my delivery, called you just after 6pm and you closed at 17.30... typical. You should stay open until your delivery slot expectations are complete and update your tracker site.

Delivery due today. Waited in all day. No delivery. No communication. Having read all the reviews I have no realistic hope of receiving the item. Will contact the seller for cancellation and refund. Sellers….do not use this courier.

I would give less than one star if I could and I advise all sellers to use another option for delivering items, rather than using DX. I ordered a cot from Amazon that stated it was due to be delivered on the 21st of April, I rearranged this delivery and got confirmation from DX that it would arrive on the 22nd of April instead, as I knew no one would be in the property to receive it on the 21st. Today is the 21st and I have been out most of the day for hospital appointments. Despite the re-delivery confirmation, I received a notification to say that my item had been delivered and signed for by myself. My next door neighbour stated he saw the parcel left on the street near my back gate. When I got home the parcel was not there, and is no where to be seen, so clearly it has been stolen. I complained to DX that they did not follow the stated re-delivery instructions, despite me receiving an email acknowledging the change of delivery date, and that the driver has been fraudulent by signing in my name. I received a call from DX not long after sending my complaint and they stated that the delivery driver did nothing wrong...apparently it's perfectly okay to leave an expensive item on the street and sign for it in someone else's name? I don't think so. Thanks to him signing in my name I am going to struggle to get a refund for this item. Police have been informed so I can get a claim number to give to the seller. Ridiculous company, I will never have anything delivered by them again and I advise against using them yourself.

DO NOT TRUST THEM AND NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.Very disappointing experience with the courier service. I waited 10 days for my passport, and the delivery was repeatedly refused with misleading updates each time. In the end, I had to go to the depot myself to collect it—despite paying for home delivery. This service really needs to be reviewed and improved.

April 17. No delivery but received a message that “unforeseen weather conditions” had prevented the delivery and to re-book. I found that extremely hard to believe so thought I’d check reviews. Bit of an eye-opener. Why would a business even consider choosing to use this company?

Absolutely terrible service and zero communication. I was given a confirmed delivery date with a time slot and spent the entire day at home waiting for my items. Throughout the day, I could see the driver moving around nearby locations, yet my delivery was never completed. At around 10:30pm, the driver returned to the depot without delivering my items. There was no phone call, no message, and no explanation to inform me that the delivery would not take place. After wasting a full day waiting, I contacted customer service the following day hoping to rearrange delivery quickly. I was told that next-day delivery was not possible and that I would have to wait another five days. This is completely unacceptable. Customers arrange their day around deliveries, and the lack of communication and flexibility shows no consideration for customers’ time or personal circumstances. Very disappointing experience, I would not recommend this company.
