Since my order on the 31/03/26 DX Freight have been unable to make my delivery till date (7 weeks and counting). They provide no alerts for delivery, split my order into separate deliveries, falsely claim address I provided is incorrect, and returned my items to the vendor with no reason provided. It has been truly hellish considering that after all the time wasted there has been no apology nor attempt to contact the number provided to find the said ‘incorrect address’. This same order has been reissued by the vendor because of their ineffectiveness and it is still in some loop I cannot make any sense of. I have tried several times to call DX Freight from Accra, Ghana to rectify this issue with no response. Your online chat agents show no sensitivity, provide the same generic response to complaints and promise calls the company does not make. I have never seen a delivery service so bad in my life. I have already sent a complaint to the email which has not been responded to till date.

Terrible company. Cannot contact via telephone goes to automation. Live chat is a completely waste of time as you cannot ask the question you want. I would give it zero marks!

I was told my delivery would be on 13th April 2026. Promised dates and times came and went without delivery.There was someone at home throughout the 24hours and cameras showed that no delivery had been attempted. The reason given to the supplier was that delivery could not be made because of roadworks in the area - absolutely untrue. We had deliveries during this time and I have been out and about and there were no roadworks. What a service!!!

Refused delivery of a duplicate item as advised by online retailer and nearly 6 weeks on no solution to missing item, a large garden parasol! The retailer has been worse than useless to date but advises that DX has no record of the return! I watched as the delivery guy completed the paperwork which he seemed hesitant about but just assumed he was possibly new to the job No copy given either and, as I have never refused delivery before, I stupidly did not think to ask for one. Extremely disappointing and feel very let down by both the online retailer and DX.

WARNING VILE CUSTOMER SERVICES,PLEASE SEE VIDEO! You will see how this company runs and how they staff treat customers! I'm currently grieving the loss of my grandmother and admittedly he wouldn't know that but he has no excuse for how he treated me 😪

This Company are an absolute Disgrace to the Rude reception to unbelievably incompetent delivery drivers, broken items delivered thrown in my garden. Not delivered on the date no tracking available just awful.

Waited in for 3 hours. To be told it would not be delivered it was only an envelope! But as they get per load. Mine was left oiut. Because they dont earn enough money to deliver small items. This is an important document, but needs a signature! Too much hassle????

Terrible experience so far, got a text saying that a parcel will be arriving on the day. Waited entire day, nobody showed up. Status just says :QUEUE TOO LONG/WAIT TIME. Maybe for them that means something for me it means nothing, I do not know if it means that it will still arrive on that day? Will it arrive next day? Literally pointless system.

Pointless. Got the "van breakdown" excuse as per other reviews. No tracking info just a text each morning to say the parcel would be delivered that day, it never was. They are idiotic or fraudulent, or both.

4 consecutive days in a row I was told my orders would be delivered by this inept company, I took day-after-day off work yet still they failed to deliver. I tried calling them and you can’t even speak to a human, all automated nonsense, I used their contact us form and heard absolutely nothing back, I then resorted to their live chat which again is automated but then did eventually after over 30 mins in a queue get passed to a ‘human’ adviser…..well, let’s just say I got more sense out of the automated chat. Sorry, it should be delivered today is all I got yet once again they failed. I’m now having to report the items as missing as I’m not expecting them after 4 full days of chasing this inept company. Their tracking is even false as well as the constant texts and emails they send you with timeslots they’re going to deliver, yet fail to show up. Never thought I’d ever say this but I’d use the likes of Evri or Yodel other this company.

I agree with the bad reviews, if there is no one at home, why is it a problem to put it to the garden? As a result, I received a message that the package had been delivered, only one question: where and to whom, because I have not received it!

driver didn't even attempt to deliver my package i sat outside my work place when it was shut for 2hrs as the tracking said it would be delivered DX dont updated their tracking service I will NEVER use them again

They did not deliver on the day but sent a message to say that they had tried to deliver but no one was in. This was a lie as we waited in all day for the delivery. They then sent a message to say that the delivery would be the next day. It was delivered but the box, despite fragile tape all over it, was badly damaged. On opening both items were smashed to bits. Now in the process of trying to get a refund from the retailer. I would not recommend anyone use this service going forward

Absolutely useless, they have to date failed to pick up my parcel for delivery six times!…yes that’s six times!!! Live chat all very apologetic and friendly, they rebook and then no one turns up??? You want to try calling their complaints line!! It just rings and rings! No one ever answers. I had to give one star to to start this review otherwise it would be a very big fat zero!!! …….don’t use this absolutely useless company!!

Delivery driver turned up, went into the back of his van for a few minutes, came out the van closed the doors, took a photo of my house got in the van and sped off, then I got a delivery update saying nobody home and left a card. No card was left and I watched the whole episode from my window, if the van was sign written with the company logo and not just a white van I would've went out to speak to the driver while he was in the back of his van and taking the delivery from him,
