I will never shop online if sending via DX express. On 4 messages saying to deliver no show. On 1 message I was tracking van near my address then a message to say unable to deliver as not in so not true. This company needs to improve I have suggested to the company I ordered not to use DX express . I now had a refund not good for business.

Worst company ever lie all the time. I was told we where close, even though we been open since 8am till 6pm. They said they left a card no card found. I have CCTV footage they didn't turn up. This is not the first time I've had an issue with them. Ive told my suppliers many times not to use them

DX in Manchester lost my passport because they outsourced the delivery of it due to being busy. They are negligent and very irresponsible. You should NEVER outsource a passport delivery. My holiday was ruined , money lost and they don’t care. The response was ‘ I’m sure this is very frustrating for you ‘ No , you pretty much ruined my life. I didn’t eat or sleep for over 3 weeks. So they are the worst and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

For the second time in a space of about 10 days I received a message saying that they "missed me" and left a calling card. For the second time this was a lie as I was in the house all the time and there was no calling card left. Awful service. DO NOT USE IT. If I learn that the company I am buying from (in this case B&Q) uses this delivery company I will just buy from some else so I avoid all this hassle.

I have waited in 3 days for my delivery which keeps getting cancelled for no reason ,this is unaceptable ,worse delivery company i have ever experienced .

They lied day after day saying it was out for delivery when it wasn't. 24hour delivery..7 days in I cancelled via the retailer and they even took 4 days to return it to them. Email queries to DX were not replied to. Trust pilot have them 4 stars and they are one on here looks a bit fishy?

Really bad service. My passport did not arrived yet. I would suggest all people who has bad experiance needs to go legal action. I am going to register my complaimt soon

I would give zero stars if I could. I have had multiple days running of 'out for delivery' notifications, but my delivery parcel hasn't arrived. Their customer service is non-existent. You have to wait for up to an hour to get through to someone on webchat (there is no phone customer support), and when you do, they reply with generic answers that never actually get to the matter at hand, and then they disconnect. I've been given all manner of excuses, with the most recent being that the driver can't find our property. We have never had a delivery driver not be able to find our house. It's like saying the chef doesn't know how to peel a potato. Despite me giving them the what3words to our property, they still haven't delivered my parcel after 7 non-existent delivery attempts. Please avoid this company at all costs. They are a total shambles.

Terrible service. Original delivery time and date came and went with no attempt of delivery. 8 messages over the course of month to say they were ‘unable to deliver today as expected’ after arranging redelivery. Online chat agents were not able to take this issue further, told us to ask the original seller to raise an investigation. Couldn’t get through to an agent on the phone in 40 minutes. Still no delivery.

My delivery was scheduled for December 23rd and still waiting. Rescheduled umpteen times and all their usual excuses, no calling card etc. The weather is not a problem here but reliability is.

Total rubbish company! Notified on Wednesday parcel would arrive between 8am and 6pm. Waited in for package, but not delivered. Notified on Thursday same delivery between 8am and 6pm. Waited in again, but not delivered. Friday no notification received - tracking still says it out for delivery, but I have no faith that I will see it this week. Rang them this morning over 20 minutes on the phone 'all our operatives are busy'. This company is a shambles. No response to messages sent to them.

Messaged saying a card was left but it wasn't. Waited by the front door and tracked the map location, even watching the driver park up 100 yards away. Live chat service is a joke. If you can help it do not use this company.

Delivery scheduled for yesterday (6/1/26), text stated 8 til 6 delivery time. Waited in. No delivery. No contact to apologise. Today, managed to get hold of their head office, and they can’t get hold of their own depot!!! Eventually told that they have no idea about the delivery. We have their track system scanning it onto the truck in Bury at midnight of 6th. Then nothing. Phoned vendor to chase. Asked them if they actually read online reviews and directed them here. Might get my package one day? Maybe. Shocking company who hide behind Bots.

Shocking company to deal with Don’t deliver on time and when you contact an advisor they provide generic dishonest responses. When challenged they end the chat! How can the delay be “due to factors beyond your control” when you have scanned the item at your delivery depot!!

Terrible service, no communication or care towards the customer, 7 promised scheduled delivery days and still no delivery, a total joke, a live chat that you wait ages for a response . Ridiculous service all round.

Shambles of a company, nobody replies to enquiries, I need to know where my item is which should of been delivered today. No communication, no item and I will be going to H Samuel to get a full refund. Do NOT agree to use this company as they are totally unreliable. They don’t deserve 1 star.

I rate Dx zero I rate Dx zero. For the past 2 days ive been waiting on delivery. Yesterday they gave a time, i waited by the front door, watched the camera and they never showed, yet i received notification that delivery wasnt possible, "addressee not available, rebook". I rebooked. Today, i received a time. I personally stood outside and waited, i even went on the main to see these delivery driver just drive pass. They didnt stop, no calls. However the message remains "couldnt deliver, addresse not available". This is the worst delivery company. These people do not respect others time, nor money

Revived text to say it would be delivered yesterday, then 30 minutes into the delivery window received a mail they couldn't find the address. Rebooked for today and gave my mobile as requested. Got a mail 30 minutes into the delivery window to tell me they could not deliver but left a calling card. Now I have a number of issues it seems. 1. My hearing seems to have failed as I was in the house and never heard the knock. 2. More concerning is the level of hearing issues of my wife as she was around 2m from the door at the time and never heard it. 3. I need to get my security cameras repaired as none of them activated when this driver came to the door. 4. I need to buy a new mobile as seems mine is faulty as I never received a call from the driver. 5. I need to contact the Police as it seems I have been burgled. Luck for me all they stole was the calling card the driver left. Contacted them via live chat. All the did was take the what 3 words for my address. Not sure what help that is given the driver came right to my door today and left a card. Then told me they rebooted for delivery tomorrow.
