DX gave me an all day delivery so I waited and waited, the tracking doesn't shed any light and only asking if I wish to change my delivery date!!! This is the next day and still no medication, is it so hard to keep me updated 😡😡😡😡

The first delivery attempt I was at home, the guy did not use my Ring doorbell and when I got to the door about 20 seconds later he was nowhere to be seen. The second attempt during my allocated delivery slot I received a message to say delivery attempted but consignee unavailable but they hadn't even come to my doo and I have proof of that on my doorbell footage. The third attempt was exactly the same. I have sent several emails and had no helpful responses. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with they are absolutely hopeless. In the end I had no option but to cancel my order and get a refund. Needless to say I will never use this company again.

Should have had delivery yesterday but unable to deliver as incomplete address although post code supplied only covers a few properties on the street and this is a caravan park which is easily identifiable. Updated full address with them and advised redelivery today and again no delivery today with a message unable to contact consignee. Rang number provided but not manned, went on to contact us on the web page and the bot is useless so tried live chat. Gave all info and got told that they cannot help and contact the sender of the parcel. What a shambles.

They said my delivery was on it's way all day and then at the end of the day said it wasn't. Rubbish. No manned phone-in just an email add to complain to..

Appalling company, awful customer service. A month later and I still haven't received my parcel. Customer service just keeps repeating themselves then go completely quiet. I am so stressed by the whole situation!!!! Just terrible!

I am only giving 1 star as I have to. Shambolic from start to finish, I'm self employed and have waited in for 2 days only for no 1 to bother attempting delivery

Terrible driver, terrible customer service, terrible company. I will never use this service again. I tracked my parcel all day, only recieved a message that 'unable to deliver'—no knock, no ring, nothing! When I called customer service to explain what happened, the representative was extremely rude and told me to stop arguing. This level of service is truly disappointing and completely unacceptable.

What is the point of a delivery service that doesn't deliver. Waste of time and taken a day off work today for this and no show no message no excuses just nothing. Please avoid

Useless .. avoid aviod avoid at all costs . They do not appear to pick up parcels when booked to do so . 2 days wasted waiting on a non existent courier driver . Will not use again . If It was possible to give minus stars I would.

Endless disappointment. I've had countless deliveries delayed, misrouted or not even turn up. Yet no other courier seems to have these issues.

Second day waiting when tracking says out for delivery. No sign or update and can't get through to anyone. I assume they're going out of business and have given up.

My parcel was left in the wrong street with a poor wheelchair bound lady. I had to go knocking on all number 1 doors on different streets to locate my parcel. I did eventually manage to beat the chatbot and speak to a proper person who was of no help at all. She said the parcel had been delivered and when I told her it hadn't she said I will have to take it up with the sender and they will look into it. I hate laziness and the driver was lazy and slightly dim to deliver a parcel to the wrong number and wrong street. The company is also lazy and can't be bothered to engage with unhappy customers who don't get the right service and tell you that you have to take it up with the company you purchased the product from.

Delivery was supposed to be today between 0800 and 1800 it’s now 1943 and no signs of it being delivered and no message. Of course you can’t make contact with anyone because there opening times are 8 til 5.

Promised delivery was 2 days ago but delivery failed due to ‘address issues’ yet never had issues with any other company. Customer service is non existent (been on hold for over an hour and still didn’t get to talk to anyone). And they do not respond to online enquiries. Delivery is still yet to happen. AVOID DX DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS.
