It's a ridiculous delivery company !!! I have been waiting for an important document from past 2 days ! The person responsible has given wrong post code and has apologised me ( screen shot available ) , I have been waiting since evening ! it says awaiting first delivery , waiting to go out for delivery ! no delivery has been done on the 3rd day too . DX service don't have proper update for the tracking item and been so useless with the customer ! No proper timing & communication been delivered to customer ! I have experienced such a bad experience with DX ! Kindly avoid this delivery company !

The supplier processed my delivery within a few hours and the goods were with DX this morning and was out on the van by 8:25. A delivery time of between 13:55 and 15:55 was given but just before this was due to expire an alert said that the driver couldnt find the address. I was relying on getting the delivery today for my business and now it wont come until after the bank holiday weekend. I even had to give them What3Words so they could find the office, which is a massive glass fronted building and signed off the main road. Originally i tried to ring but after 35 minutes on hold I gave up. Live chat guy Ben was sympathetic but couldnt do anything other than ask for more information regarding where the building was!!!.

Absolutely unacceptable service – avoid at all costs I had an extremely frustrating and stressful experience with this courier service. They were supposed to deliver my passport from the Spanish visa center – not a food order, but an official travel document. The initial delivery was scheduled for Thursday. On that morning, I received a text saying the delivery would happen between 2:12 PM and 4:12 PM. I stayed home all day, waiting. However, at around 10 AM, I suddenly received a message stating that the courier had “missed me at home,” which was completely untrue. I had been home the entire time, and no one rang the bell or called me. I immediately tried to contact support. The phone system is a nightmare – it’s impossible to speak to a real person, and it just redirects you to the website. I contacted a live agent online, but all they could do was reschedule the delivery for the next day. On Friday, I rearranged everything again to wait for the courier. I received a message that the delivery would be in the morning. I kept checking the courier’s location every 5 minutes to make sure I wouldn’t miss them. Still, despite being home the entire time, I suddenly saw yet another update saying I was “not available” at home. Once again – no knock, no call, nothing. I ran outside to try and find the courier, but they were nowhere to be found. Clearly, they hadn’t even attempted delivery. Again, I tried calling – no success – and was pushed back to the website. After nearly an hour chatting with support online, they told me the courier might still come later that day, but couldn’t give any estimated time. Two hours later, I still have no idea where my passport is or when it will be delivered. Long story short: this courier company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. The courier had my phone number and not once over two days did they even try to call me for delivery. Because of this disaster, I missed flights for my entire family, lost two days of work, and still don’t know where my passport is. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Waited in for delivery given two hour time slot, tracked courier updating every two minutes when I knew they were a few minutes away, no attempt to make delivery despite driving claiming to have tried to make delivery and leave a drop card, both not true.....the company can't possibly compete with the proper couriers like DHL. Very poor show

Terrible , 2 failed delivery attempts 2 different addresses they didn’t even turn up! Unfortunately DX is used by FCO legislation company to deliver my attested birth certificates and they chose the wrong couriers for a government building !

Took the day off work waiting for an item to be collected !!! Then had a text saying unsuccessful collection atempt!! I have been sat out the front of my house in the front garden and no one even turned up !!!! What a load of lies !!!! Taking this further !!! Unacceptable

I've still waiting for a collection of a hired mobility scooter. So far I've stayed in 2 days and still waiting. I have ensured DX have my contact number too. Absolutely zero communication. They had said to the company where I hired the scooter from that they would definitely collect. They just don't care. Appalling service. Avoid at all cost.

They lost an expensive parcel within the DX network , item was then resent on an next day delivery, but they could not confirm a delivery slot , told all day delivery slot, reference quoted did not exist when trying to track the parcel on DX website, spend over an hour in a call queue to get through to customer services and still no further forward, from a queue to phone just ringing out constantly - Utter shambles – eventually hung up after spending 1 hr , 11 mins - absolute joke of a company with zero customer care - will never use again – would not recommend.

I would give this company 0 stars if I had the opportunity. My item from Shore Uk should have been delivered last Friday (I paid extra for quicker delivery with DX). I had notified them to leave with a specified neighbours if I wasn't in. I asked my neighbours and both had been home all day and no one attempted any delivery. They even checked their ring door bell cameras. I really arranged delivery for today Tuesday and waited in all day to receive an e mail saying it had been delivered to someone called Derek at 39. I was in all day, neither of my neighbours are called Derek and I o ly have 29 houses in my street. Absolutely shambolic delivery company.

Customer service is shockingly bad, unhelpful and ignorant, wrongly delivered my parcel and failed to retrieve it, i ended up posting on facebook the delivery photo to try to trace it, luckily one person recognised it, it was delivered to a different rd and different postcode, the only saving grace was the driver that correctly delivered the replacement, avoid this company at all cost

Utter shambles. Having been waiting for a delivery for 2.5weeks. Spoke to the company I bought from and they said they’ve had lots of issues with DX. Parcel came to Scotland last week, Glasgow for days, then went back to the midlands. After phoning and emailing them several times it’s now back in Perth which is even further away from myself here in the west coast of Scotland. It’s also been sitting there for nearly 4 days and not moved all week. Will be avoiding ordering from any sites that use this company in the future. Absolutely dreadful service.

Seems a common theme. Due to be delivered, then ‘attempted delivery & apparently calling card left” Cameras at house proves no delivery was attempted. Contact systems useless. Suggestion to DX, try not lying, update your call systems, update your tracking system. You are so far behind the rest. I’ll also be making sure I complain to the company I purchased items off as the only way to fix is for companies to start using others.

waited all day for my delivery to come until i received a text saying DX had attempted delivery but no one was home. i checked my house cameras to see if this was true to find nothing. turns out after ringing the seller, the driver was parked at the top of my road and didnt even bother attempting to come to the house. tried contacting DX to see what they had to say but the phone number and live chat is useless. DO NOT USE.

Stayed in all day for delivery, checked tracking and parcel marked as delivered at 3.20pm signed for by John! Message following day out for delivery again, isn't that fraudulent!

Delivery failure twice - they require a whole day window for delivery - unreasonable. A more reasonable window (say 2hours as per other delivery companies) is required. Also no advance notice of delivery time is given.
