Absolutely rubbish customer service. My order suggested it was delivered when we didn't receive anything. Trying to get in touch with customer services is an absolute nightmare! Been 2 days and still don't haven't heard back

Goods where supposed to be delivered today, received a text giving expected time. Was tracking, then tracking dissappeared. Have not received any information, will be calling tomorrow. Very poor service

Had a text message saying item left in porch. I don't have a porch!! So wandered around to the next street to mine, checked the door number was same as mine, and lo and behold! There was my item! After reading the poor reviews I'm quite grateful my experience was slightly less painful!!

My delivery should have been with me over 2 hours ago yesterday and now today. I have been given windows of delivery times which are pure fabrications! So if you have a Dx Delivery - know that you will be home all day to receive it because they lie. You can't speak to anyone on the phone either.

Appalling treatment of people. 2 days waiting in after receiving messages from them advising that they would deliver some time the next day. It appears that they never had the item to deliver at all. How are they still in business?

Terrible company delivered a live weeping willow tree at 7.30pm in the dark way past the time slot they gave me which caused me to pay the gardener to come back the next day to plant it. No compensation as no provision for matters of consequential loss. I’m fuming

Absolute shambles of a company waited in for 4 days of non delivery on all occasions at midday notified of non delivery with no reason. Tried phoning just kept on hold. Useless

They attempted to deliver my parcel to a unknown address i checked my parcel status only by chance to find the status sorry we missed you we left you a redelivery card. no card and i was in all day so they even left the redelivery card at the wrong house. luckily there was also a redelivery email so ended up doing it from that hopefully the next delivery driver they use can read english properly and it arrives tomorrow.

Absolutely disgusting, they leave a disabled man sitting around for hours then claim No One Was Home! When they don't ever turn up! At all costs avoid and never use.

Appalling service. Delivery promised on three separate days. Never arrived. Unable to speak to anyone in person. Would not recommend this company to anyone. DX please do not send an apology on this platform. It means absolutely nothing.

Ordered something on eBay and chased up the seller as I haven’t received the item and apparently DX have attempted to deliver 3 times and left a calling card but I’ve had no calling cards and no attempted deliveries!!!!! Been over a week now since I ordered the item and trying to get hold of someone at DX to sort it out is impossible. Worst delivery company I’ve been experienced so far and have messaged the seller saying so for future reference.

Simply shocking. Every conceivable assistance given with directions including precise instructions, what 3 words and even a photograph of the entrance. They have consistently lied about ‘tried to deliver’ and ‘nobody available to take delivery’

Delivery never arrived. No ability to contact DX through their website or make enquiries about delays, other than a chat bot that sends you in a circle. Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever come across.

Was ment to deliver on Tuesday and lied saying we weren’t in and that they had left a calling card. No card and wife was in at the time. I then re-scheduled for Friday and took day off only for them to cancel the delivery at 1pm.

Lied about delivery saying i wasn't in when i was decorating hallway at the time and front door was wide open. They also said they'd left a card. Another lie. The redelivery was due today and nothing. No email or text. This company are the pits. Don't go by the great trustpilot reviews either and don't bother with customer service they never call back.

Booked collection for today 12.3.2025 waited by the door, no sign of driver nor vehicle, then received a status update saying failed collection no answer. Absolute false info.
