Paid for overnight for Saturday shipping and company used this courier. Paid at 12pm Friday Afternoon, was accepted by them at 3pm and sitting in a vin since 11pm. It is now 8pm on Saturday and absolutely no movement or contact from them. Disgraceful

Absolutely awful company. Send you an email saying delivery is between 8AM and 6PM. Very precise you notice. When you go to track the parcel the tracking is not working! Customer service non existent. Giving 1 star us being generous. To all suppliers usind DX just spare your customers and use someone else.

What can I add to the numerous bad reviews of this company? They had my package for eight days without delivering it. Their website informed me that it was out for delivery twice and rescheduled six times. They even claimed that on one occasion they left a calling card. This was not true. I eventually persuaded the company that sent the package to get DX to return it to sender. DX actually managed to do this, although it took them a further three days. It was then dispatched again via FedEx, and I got it within 24 hours.

Terrible service, I am shocked that anyone would use this company. They fabricate delivery times, lie about delivery methods and are not answerable for their rubbish delivery drivers who are paid not to deliver it seems.

Waited in all day, delivery didn't arrive, claimed to have attempted delivery & left card, none of which are true. Not happy

Awful! Came to collect passport. Long queue of 20-30 people waiting. Closed the doors sharp. No warning as all to people outside waiting in the cold or that they wouldn't be seen. Also no warning of this in their emails. One star is too high for them.

If you want to dispose of a body, simply wrap it up and mail it to yourself using DX Couriers. You will never see it again.

Waited in for 2 whole days for my delivery, tracking service doesn't work, estimated delivery times are purely fictional, no-one on the phone to answer queries, have to wait in for a 3rd day now, they blame me for not being in! I have a life I need to attend to.

Would give zero stars if I could. They claim to have attempted delivery, can’t see it on our CCTV. Have had to go to the depot to pick up my parcels where the manager is so useless he thinks he is doing me a favour. Avoid completely

The item was due for delivery this morning. I waited in for it. They claimed to have tried to deliver and left a card. No one tried to deliver as can be shown on my ring camera. They never left a card either. Not only have they been dishonest regarding the delivery, but they’ve wasted my morning. They have to be the worst delivery company ever.

Dx Freight lied about attempting a delivery , and even worse posted on Amazon that the costomer re arranged delivery - not true ! The alleged re arranged deilvery has also failed

DX had my parcel for four days.Each day saying it would be delivered so had to stop In expecting it was going to be delivered. Finally delivered on the fourth day.

Left a £400 parcel on my doorstep, even though I requested a change to delivery date as I would not be home, fraudulently forged my signature and claimed ‘delivered’. Parcel stolen from my doorstep and refused to take accountability. Dreadful service.

If I could have given no stars I would have. They tried to deliver on a Monday, we weren’t in, no note was left we had no idea what was happening. Had to contact the seller. Arranged to take a day off on Thursday so rearranged. No delivery, they tried to deliver again on Friday, we weren’t there, no card etc left again. Rang the number on the website to discover you can only contact them via live chat. The person on live chat said they would deliver on Saturday, they didn't. Checked the website, it said that they were going to deliver Monday, had to take another day off.
