I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the despicable service provided by this courier company. Their couriers are completely unprofessional, and their processes are laughably inadequate for a company claiming to offer "next-day delivery" for fragile items sent via special delivery. My parcel, a fragile plant that was a gift for Sunday, was marked as "undeliverable" because the courier supposedly "could not find the address." This is absurd, considering it’s a large, easily accessible house on a major road that has stood for over 100 years. No other courier has ever had trouble finding it. To make matters worse, they later marked it as a "missed delivery," even though the courier never made any attempt to deliver it. When I escalated the issue, they admitted the courier didn’t even try to deliver the parcel. Yet, their response was to tell me I’d have to wait 72 hours for someone to contact me and "try to resolve" the issue. By that time, the plant will most likely be damaged. This is completely unacceptable. I specifically arranged my day to ensure I would be home to receive the delivery, but the company’s negligence has not only caused me immense frustration but has also likely ruined a thoughtful gift. Their customer service and lack of accountability are appalling. This company has utterly failed to provide even a basic level of service, and I would strongly advise against using them for any important deliveries.

Absolutely atrocious. Two deliveries (no idea why they were separate as they were ordered together). First delivered to the wrong address and second ignoring the delivery note with CLEAR instructions on which building it is. It has been over a week and nobody answers query messages and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person over the phone.

I have had the misfortune of ordering two items from two different suppliers who have chosen to use DX Express (there’s nothing express about them). After being told of 3 different days that the first item was out for delivery, DX lost the item. The replacement delivery was no better. I gave up waiting in for them as they would say the item was being delivered on a particular day within a particular time frame and it would never arrive. I am currently waiting delivery of an item from another supplier using DX. I have had notification that the item would be delivered on 4 separate days now and on each occasion it has never turned up. It’s supposedly out for delivery today 10days after the first notification of delivery. A completely incompetent delivery company

Waiting for my delivery all day at home as only 8am to 6pm slot. But yesterday a delivery arrived that should be today and have 2 outstanding items but no idea if they will arrive today. Tried to call..no answer on phone, no reply from supposed live chat..which is a an email enquiry. I will tell Imagine Fires not to use this service

This is unquestionably the worst courier service I have ever experienced. Told that I would receive my parcel at a specific time on Thursday, never happened! Then told that it would arrive on Friday, again never happened! Eventually arrived late Friday evening! Never again!!!

Parcel not delivered after 2 days and they kept updating the status to just say out for delivery. Made 3 complaints still not heard back..

Your courier left no details apart from the pre printed calling card number. Your organisation does not give any time window for delivery other than 9-5 pm. You are so out of alignment with other companies. You are also very difficult to communicate with. Worst delivery company and I work with them ALL. You must be cheap.

You cannot get hold of anyone. You wait on the phone for hours and nobody picks up. On the chat there is no human you can talk to.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU ARE A TRADER! We have been in business for 5 years, just a small family run business selling sofas and bedroom furniture. In less than 4 months they have put us out of business. £30k worth of damaged sofas in that time. They even charged us to collect the sofas they had damaged from our customers. 3 weeks after we had ceased trading we got a request for £275 for there deliveries. Mainly the issues come from the drivers who dont pick up sofas but push them along the floor so 2 man it defo isnt! One of our customers received a £2500 order which she watched them push out of there van and left it to drop on the floor in the rain. It snapped the frame. She had a video and images of it. They refused to pay any compensation. Another, a £4k boxed tech sofa was meant to be delivered between 3-4pm. It arrived at 10am and because no one was in they left it on a patio in the rain. Photos sent- No compensation paid. In total 32 different customers had issues and complained to us about them and DX paid out £0 in compensation. We had not even close to that in the previous 4 and a half years and they managed it in just 4 months. People are now out of the job just before Christmas and many people didn't get there sofas all thanks to this shocker to a company! If you value your business then dont use these.

‘What went wrong’? You never delivered the parcel , I paid extra for next day delivery! A week later! I called the company I. Brought the item off to get a refund & get in touch with you, had zero communication with you as impossible to get hold off . If I see you are the parcel force again behind my online purchasing I will cancel and not bother

Told package was arriving four days ago , waited in and it did not arrive. Nobody seems to onow where it is or when/if it will be delivered.

Worse courier service in the UK. They came to deliver 5 days in a row, no one was in to sign for it. And they don't deliver weekends. So if you work Monday to Friday, no chance your getting your parcel. I contacted them and they never got back to me. In the end I contacted the website who I purchased the item from and they arranged for it to be sent back for a refund. Absolutely terrible courier service.

"I've been waiting for my package for 5 days, and the status is still 'in delivery.' This is the worst courier company I know. If you want to avoid stress, I recommend avoiding them. They are the worst.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stayed in on four separate days. No delivery, not even attempted (although they lied and said they had in the first) meaningful contact is impossible. Debenhams.com will soon go bust like their stores.

By far the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. I paid an expensive next day delivery charge for my flooring to be delivered. 2 attempts but didn’t even bother ringing the bell , just had a notification saying that delivery was attempted WHICH IT WASN’T. Tried calling them directly, and literally must have called about 20 times before I got to speak to someone. That person was so unhelpful, terrible customer service and told me that DX also don’t deliver Saturdays. Still don’t have the flooring after a week , and need it urgently so am going to cancel my order and collect from Homebase where I can click and collect within 30 mins.
