This has happened every time I gat a DX delivery. Text saying delivery date. Nothing happens that day. Next day they say they're out again. Then they lie and say a card was left because I wasn't in. BUT I was. No card, no attempted delivery. Can't even speak to a human on live chat to vent your frustration at these idiots.

DX lied to say there was no one at home when I took the day off never left and got a text to say sorry we missed you and that they have left a calling card again another lie this was a birthday gift which was not received and guess this comment will be shelved and no follow up done

Absolute rubbish. 100% failure rate on collections and deliveries. Lies, decent and stress. They say they're at your door when they're not. Wait two days for a collection only to be told they came. Get a cash to say nobody's home for delivery, but nobody is at the door when opened. Do not use this rubbish company especially if you need passports urgently. You will end up stressed and cost you your health and your travel. Do not recommend it. Quick to take your money then fail to deliver a service. Avoid!!

Waited in TWICE and TWICE they said they couldn’t find us the first time, then sorry you weren’t it we left a card the second time. Both nonsense. As we were in and there was of course no card! Utterly useless company. Avoid. And I STILL don’t have my delivery!

DX are far and away the worst delivery company in the country. My original delivery date was missed as I apparently did not answer my door. This is impossible as as I was physically home all day, sat working by the door. Subsequently every single one of the 5 redelivery dates has been missed, with the items never leaving the depot. Not that I would know this, however, as it is apparently DX policy not to inform customers when a redelivery wont be going ahead (as stated by one of their online help reps). Every single time I have had to wait in their (long) online help queues, just to confirm that DX have deemed my items not worth delivering. I don't understand how DX can expect anyone to take multiple days off of work waiting for a delivery, only to repeatedly fail to do their job. Never in my life have I experienced such an appalling lack of care from a company. In almost any other industry this degree of sheer incompetence would be completely unacceptable; so why then does DX deem this to be acceptable. I would strongly urge any B2C companies to avoid sending anything via DX, as they are sure to turn the entire experience into a nightmarish ordeal.

Appalling service delivery cancelled on scheduled delivery day and moved to 7 days later, no answer to calls or emails. Delivery finally arrives after 1½ weeks. Driver then walks across the garden instead of the drive unbelievable, shambolic best avoided.

Appalling service. I won't use any companies that use this delivery method in future. They fail to turn up at the times they give, no apologies, then say they've been when I am sat in my house and have a ring doorbell and no one has been near it. Impossible to speak to anyone to chase it up. Shocking service.

Without doubt the most unprofessional , so called delivery service provider we have ever experienced. If we ever have DX stated as the delivery courier we will cancel the order rather than have the unpleasant time delay, package damaged experience ever again. Advice any one to use DPD or Any other courier as DX will cause you nothing but stress.

I've had 3 delivery dates from these people and didn't arrive on any of them they haven't even given me another date. Worst delivery company ever I'm asking the company I bought from for my money back. I thought yodel was bad but DX TAKE THE BISCUIT WORST DELIVERY IN THE UK

Worst customer service ever took over 30 mins for them to answer and then cut the phone straight away with out saying a word called again 28 mins later they answered and wasn’t really helpful

I have the driver recorded on video from my front doorbell, coming 5 metres away from my front door and throwing on the sidewalk 2 cards saying they tried to deliver but they missed me, while I was home. They never approached the front door, never called my phone or tried to deliver the package I was expecting. I tried calling DX Delivery 2 minutes later after the driver had left, stayed on the phone for 20 minutes but no one answered. I am assuming the driver either didn't want to deliver the package since he might have damaged it, or might have completely forgotten to bring the package with him on the van and noticed only when he was here that he was missing the package. Because there is no other explanation on how absurd and surreal this is. The driver is on video, coming on the sidewalk in front of my front door, throwing ON THE SIDEWALK 2 cards saying "we missed you", and left. He didn't even try to leave the cards on my front door but threw them on the sidewalk. I was so unlucky to have to expect packages twice from DX Delivery and both times the experience has been horrible.

Sent an email from dx to advise my delivery will be delivered Thursday any time 8-6 what a total waste of my day waited in all day lost a day at work. No delivery no message absolute disgusting why are firms using these people I will be ringing the manufacturer tomorrow and cancel the ordrr

Terrible company, ordered something from Ebay. Item was out for delivery New Years Eve, then got a message saying it wasn't, so a wasted day in. Then got a message saying it would be delivered on the 2nd between 15.00 and 17.00. Went on the map tracker and could see the driver a couple of miles away. Went on an hour later and he's further away. Then got a message saying there was a failed delivery and to rebook. I was literally sitting by the door. There is no ne to actually talk to at customer service as I rung the number. You have to go on Web Chat and all they said was the item is showing as needing to be rebooked for delivery. No help what so ever, driver was clearly lying. So they have failed to deliver on 2 days that they said they would deliver an item.

We are disgusted with DX delivery, we waited in all day for our delivery, no one arrived, had a text message from them saying as we were not home they would deliver the next day, WHAT RUBBISH! The next day we were looking out the window, saw the DX van drive passed at a speed, ten minutes later passed back the other way, didnt even stop, had another text message, saying as we were not home they would deliver tomorrow. We got in touch with Amazon to cancel the order, they were very quick to respond and we had our money back, the company we were going to have the goods from was also excellent service, which is a shame for them as they lost a sale. We will never deal with DX again....

Worst delivery company ever. Even worse than RM and that's saying something. As usual they have mucked up delivery and now about a week over the delivery date. They "can't find" my parcel. Just the usual zero standard i have learned to expect from DX.
