Received email to say goods were due to be delivered next day
Put a day's leave in work, nothing arrived
Phoned 8 different branch to get passed about only to find from a manager that the email I received was a automatic email and my goods were not ready to be delivered
How or why would you send a email for someone to wait in all day when there was nothing to deliver
