No notification that they would be delivering, just a slip through the door saying that it had been tried to be delivered.
I was working in the kitchen, right next to the front door. No knocks, just a slip which I didnt even hear coming through the letterbox! Checked with neighbours, no attempts to leave with them and yet the slip was marked "No suitable location to leave parcel". What a joke!
No ability to contact a human, terrible support.
