Delivered 3 weeks late. Sent numerous emails about where I live since it’s a new build with clear instructions. Redelivered about 7 times. Emailed directly to them.
When the parcel finally got delivered (to my parents address in London. I live in Oxford) the parcel was damaged!
Rubbish delivery company, no proper contact details. Useless when it comes to getting in contact with me. Will never use them again.
Waiting for a full refund.
