I had a delivery booked for a time slot of between 9 and 12 on the 8 Dec 2020 the driver forgot to put my package on his van so at 12pm after receiving no new time slot text, phone call or e mail I rang dx which took over 20 minutes. Only to be told the driver forgot it and it would be with me at the latest 15.30. So at 1545 after receiving no communication from yourselfs I rang again a 30 minute phone call later and was told it would now be 16.30. It is now gone 16.30 and you haven't contacted me I can only assume the driver does not like me personally. I'm a self employed electrician and I have lost alot of work from waiting in for your delivery driver and as you can understand I have been impacted monetary wise. I have basically had a day wasted. Please amend your drivers operating procedures, get trackers on your vans, updated your customers in my opinion this is no way to run a company.
