Yet again another delivery company that does not bother try to call someone when they cannot get into the building. I was waiting by the door and by the phone for a collection today as I know it can be tricky to enter the building, but instead I just receive an email saying collection was unsuccessful because you can't be bothered to call or figure out how to get inside. And any ridiculous rules about not being allowed to call the person and ask for help upon entering apartment or flat buildings is rubbish and classist. Just because some of us don't live in a house with easy access doesn't mean we can't receive the same services. It's frustrating and there is no reason for it. No contact whatsoever just a message saying they didn't bother.
