Delivery was running late so checked for reviews for this company, never known a company with an overall average of only just over one star. Stupidly I thought it couldn’t happen to me, wrong! Checked with the retailer who contacted DX who told them that they(DX) had lost the item. Now this item is actually 6 foot by 2 foot, how the h😡ll can you lose something that big? I suspect it’s been stolen. When retailers use companies like DX, who it seems by the reviews are either incompetent or totally dishonest they themselves get tarred by the same brush. The company I tried to buy the item from is PRIMROSE who obviously don’t worry too much whether you receive your item or not! Won’t use PRIMROSE again simply because of their reliance on DX.
