3 weeks waiting for at least 8 rebookings, 5 promises from a customer service team. that the item would come still nothing but daily text messages that we will not able to deliver today...
Called up complaints number - they don't even let you make a formal complaint. the only sense they repeat .. call the supplier to investigate ( As far as I believe the supplier gave the parcel to the delivery team.... investigate your own team? why the supplier needs to do it? )
