I have tried using this service 5 times and 5 times they have failed to collect on the correct date.
No contact from them at all. Can't even track using the number provided.
One collection had to be re-booked 3 times. I think I have a good idea how they operate, now.
The worst courier service I have ever (attempted to) use.
Wish I had the option to give no stars at all.
