Booked your courier through parcels to go the driver turned up took a picture of my house and drove off minus the parcels I then get an email saying they couldn’t collect and to rebook . Parcels to go have since rebooked this for me with another courier .
The guy who took a picture didn’t get out of the van what’s that all about ?? Just put failed collection ??!!
