Worst delivery company I have EVER experienced. Told yesterday that my order of 2 cots would be arriving today. They didn’t turn up. I checked tracking and it still stated today. I tracked through their automated service and now it’s saying I have to BOOK a delivery date?? At no point have I received any commutation stating I needed to book a slot and in fact the tracking stated it was being delivered today. I tried to call customer services and 4 times someone answered and hung up the phone. Finally get through and the lady claimed I’d called the wrong department as this was a one man van delivery and she only did the two man van calls (stated she couldn’t deal with my call??) so put me back through to an automated service. Called again and this time she said she’d found it but they had the wrong door number and order name, then she said actually we don’t have any order for you??? So which one is it? I move house in two days and the automated service is now saying the earliest I can have it is the 11th, that’s 3 days after I move house. If you look at google reviews you will see it’s complaint after complaint, I’m not convinced in the slightest by the ones on here after reading those and my own experience. Now my twin babies will have no cots to sleep in and no where I can get them on time as we are as a country are in lockdown.
I will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman. I can’t believe a company this poorly run is able to continue. Disgusting.
