I've had 2 parcels in the last month and a bit marked as delivered at my address despite no parcel arriving - I was in both occasions and neither delivery was with a neighbour and not in the stairwell (i checked).
Since initially contacting the customer service team, they've apparently attempted to organise redelivery twice, however, unsurprisingly, on the day I receive an email saying they can't be delivered (no attempt, no explanation). When emailing customer service, they can offer no explanation, just 'there's no information on the system'.
I want to be clear that I live on a main street in a capital city, not an unmarked house in the country - this is not a difficult delivery address, and in fact have no issue with the Royal Mail or other couriers.
DX are at best incompetent and at worst a scam operation. Avoid at all costs and use a courier that actually delivers your package.
