Ordered a door. Received a text saying it would be delivered on Thursday between 10am and 6pm. Tracked parcel around my area but it never arrived. Following day another text saying the same thing. Then a third text saying they had attempted delivery. My neighbour watched the driver walk up to my back door, look in and walk away. I was home and sitting in my lounge. Contacted DX and was assured that driver rang bell and knocked on door. He didn’t. Was told he called my mobile. No he didn’t. No call received, none logged on my mobile and no message received. Now told it will be Monday. The customer service woman I spoke to couldn’t have cared less. No explanation as to why it wasn’t delivered on the Thursday and no explanation why I didn’t receive a phone call from driver. DX are typical of a lot of today’s companies. They don’t care as king as they get paid. Driver is in for an earful on Monday.
