Ordered via dunelm. They gave a delivery time of 8-8... contacted at 4 to see if they could give me a time, they told me they hadn’t received the order.
Contacted dunelm who said they definitely had.
When the paper work arrived, they had indeed received.
Unfortunately had to return the same item, ONCE AGAIN did not turn up for an 8-8 pick up.
They then lied, once again, and said they called 7 times and text.
Horrendous company - absolutely infuriating, I would cancel an order if I see they are delivering!
