As per everyone else on here; a FOUL experience.
Delivery tracker map also vanished when the appointment lapsed even though the vehicle was just in town.
Failed to keep appointments. Failed to deliver across two days.
Failed to provide an adequate excuse or explanation or update.
I've advised the seller to discontinue business with them. I think it's time investigators and the Police got involved.
