Delivery did not turn up and when I checked the tracking it said they had insufficient address details. Called the phone number provided and it said the driver had been unable to find my house. Cannot understand why he didn’t try to call me so I could direct him. Had paid for fast delivery and now I have to wait longer than because the driver couldn’t be bothered to find my house. Shocking that I didn’t receive any sort of message to say that I needed to call, I only found out from tracking it. Woman on the phone said it was my fault they wouldn’t re-attempt delivery the same day because I called three hours after he tried, but as I received no contact from him how was I supposed to know he had tried!!!
