What a shower of ...... Tried to contact the depot on a card that was posted through my letterbox. 45 separate calls over 1 hour and not one pick up. Each time my phone timed out on the call. Spoke to complaints who passed me onto customer services, then on to a depot in Mid Wales. I'm in Cambridgeshire.
I wouldn't use this company to send a bad smell.
Pathetic.
