Supposed to be a three day service paid for, 11 days later no parcel. On line chat is extremely helpful in NOT giving you any information like when it will be delivered, which depot it is at and have they actually got the parcel. I even offered to pay to get Royal Mail to collect off them (problem solver), but NO, can’t do that!
Don’t bother wasting your time with these, no accountability and worst of all no delivery, from what is supposed to be a delivery company.
