very poor service, receive an text saying delivery that day, check the tracking, only one of three items have been checked on to the lorry. No delivery that day.
Receive a text 2 days later that it will arrive that day and again they dont show.
The live chat customer service is nearly always unavailable and takes about 30 minutes to get through on the phone.
Still waiting for my delivery, 4 days after expected arrival.
